The people were very nice And helpful. The hotel was super clean. The area felt safe. When we go back to the area, we will stay in the same hotel, as It was perfect for our needs.

The coffee pot in the room exploded on me, I told the man at the front desk and he wrote it down. I’m pretty sure that if it would’ve happened to someone else they would have threw a fit. Not only did Coffee spots get on my new shoes, but also my shirt and pants which I was wearing for the day to drive home. When I went downstairs and told the desk that there was a mess up there and I couldn’t clean it up I explained what happened. He was very sympathetic.

The gentleman working the front desk was extremely friendly and welcoming. The hotel was very beautiful. The room was gorgeous, spotless clean. We were there b/c I'm a cancer patient and was having surgery the next morning. They were so kind and allowed my husband and son to do a late check out, so they had somewhere to comfortable to wait as my procedure was 7 hrs. They said the breakfast was delicious as well! we highly recommend.

I actually loved it. I live how deep the in suite whirlpool is and I love how small and intimate the swimming pool is. This one is a bit more expensive than my other options but I always choose this one anyway.

Breakfast service and food was excellent.

Pool was not great and sad the hot tub was non functioning as that is why we chose that hotel for the kids. When a pool and hot tub are advertised, they should be satisfactory. The pool was freezing.

The property was clean. Our room was clean and it smelled good. The pool area was clean and my grandsons had a great time in the pool.

The cooked breakfast was very overpriced. The continental breakfast was overpriced.

I stayed there this weekend and was so impressed with the staff! They really went above and beyond to accommodate us. The room was very nice, clean and a great hotel overall. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Location.. close to interstate and wasn’t far from venue we were attending.

No complaints , but wish the hot tub would of been working and the internet was down , but it did not effect us really.

Breakfast was fabulous as well as the service.

The mattress was lumpy. It was difficult to sleep. The hinge on our door was very squeaky when it was opened or closed.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful. Breakfast was good.

The jacuzzi was not working! There was a little confusion about the tickets for breakfast. We had to ask for our complimentary tickets for breakfast.

Spa tub in the room was huge, and quieter than most.

I thought breakfast was included in the room rate; this was reinforced by the front desk saying "breakfast is from 7 until 11" at check in, which I interpreted as "free/included". My mistake, but different phrasing at check-in would be helpful - "our café will be open for breakfast from 7 to 11", or mention the "Continental breakfast for just $8.95 and other items available to order", or something/anything to avoid implying it is free/included with the room.
