Bed was very comfortable. Room was nice. Staff were professional, polite, friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was average. Could have improved on choices of breads,I.e. bagels, English muffins, toast, muffins. Only thing provided was croissants.

The hotel staff were all incredible. They were welcoming, helpful and even funny when interacting with us especially after a long day at work.

Everything was nice and while this seems small, for the amount we paid per night, it would have been great if breakfast was free. Our company wouldn't pay fully for our hotel so we all decided to upgrade ourselves to experience the hotel and the area.

Nice big bed. Nice styling. Close to shopping and restaurants. Location is great.

The room curtains do not fully block out the light. falls just short of being able to be pulled all the way the to the wall. Luckily I travelled with my eye covers. Difficult to control the room temperature. Room was freezing, even with the temp on 77! The heating system was very loud too and kept waking us. Loud noises outside woke us. It was not a quiet / restful stay. Lastly, the bathroom floor was dirty.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming and there were plenty of restaurants, cafes and shops to explore nearby.

There was nothing that I disliked about our hotel stay.

Great location! Loved being able to walk out the door and grab coffee, get a pedi, do some shopping and grab meals. The hotel is very clean, modern and comfortable.

I liked the location and close proximity to restaurants and retail stores.

The baseboards in the bathroom, I could see hair/debris on the white decorative wall due to mopping.

Tv streaming of regular channels was poor. I don’t like that I could not receive a folio of incidentals from the front desk at the end of my stay

Convenient, clean, quiet. Loved, loved the hydration station with ice and water. The number of electrical connections was awesome! Right out where you can easily access them.

It lacked warmth. It was too modern. Too hip for a 58 year old traveler like me. It was too European and that is not a compliment. Stuff looked sleek, but it showed style over function. Light switches were modern and sleek and slim profile to the wall...How about a switch that you can flip?? Looks less cool but 1000% more functional. Fake hardwood floors is sleek, but not as nice to walk on as carpet.
