The desk clerk Jennifer did an outstanding job helping with a reservation mixup from Booking.

We had a very difficult time trying to understand the online help at Booking. Neil tried real hard, but ESL was still too heavily accented.

I did not get up in time to have breakfast in your lobby area. I did like that you were located right next door to Bob Evans, where I ate a nice breakfast that fit my dietary needs. I thought the area inside the handicap room was very good for someone with a wheelchair (bathroom and bed area) I liked that you had a mini fridge, microwave and hot water/coffee maker in the room. This made it convenient for me to keep my insulin cold and make tea in the morning The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was also comfortable. Also the property felt safe as you needed a key to get into the building from the outside without going through the lobby. also the lobby was staffed 24/7 so anyone coming in was seen by the staff

the room was not lit in all areas (at the entrance, in the shower area) could have been better. The door handle was not properly seated and made it tricky to open the door, but once I told the desk, they addressed it promptly

I loved the modern room with full-size beds instead of huge queen beds, just the right amount and type of pillows and soft linens and a warm blanket. The room was toasty warm. I appreciate having a non-carpeted floor. I like that it is pet friendly at an additional reasonable cost although we were pet free today. I love having the option for a late check out for a minimal fee too. A huge bonus was having a staff member offer to shovel out to gain safe and easy entry around my car particularly with the huge lake storm that came through dumping tons of snow.

It would’ve been great to have hard boiled eggs in addition to the variety of other breakfast options.

A great value in a great location for what we were doing in the area. Newly renovated (they finished painting the lobby the night we arrived) and updated. Rooms have tiled flooring which meant we felt the room was cleaner than when there is carpeting. Quiet. Basic breakfast items (toast, cereal, yogurt, juice, oatmeal, and the ubiquitous waffle maker).

Some form of fresh fruit at the breakfast bar would have been fabulous.

We arrived late, were able to cover checked in quickly and got right to sleep. And were able to get out quickly in the morning. Everyone was so polite!

My bathroom door was extremely dirty. It had stuff splashed on it. But the rest of the room was very clean and no issues. Just seemed they forgot to wipe the door down.

The staff were polite and helpful and reception was open 24/7. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It had good aircon, a fridge, microwave and coffee maker. The bathroom had a bath and shower. Late check-out (1pm) was $20. All in all it was great value I think.

It didn’t matter too much but it’s worth noting there is no elevator and they are not able to store luggage.

The dude from the custodian crew older in his 50 or 60s open the door before time for us to leave and told us it’s time to leave. I did not like that. I was very upset by that we were out by noon after asking for a later check out I don’t feel like he should have the authority to open the door 30 minutes before beforehand.

The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. The breakfast area was clean and set up early.

The facilities obviously needed a redo. The wall paint was chipped, and the furniture was older and chipped.. My room has a "funny" odor. I did overlook this and have stayed here twice due to the clean sheets, towels, and price.

Doors wide enough for wheelchair. Bathroom big enough for wheelchair. Shower was a absolute plus, was great for handicapped person. The room was clean and quiet. The desk people were very friendly. Greeted us when checking in as well as when we checked out. The overall atmosphere was great

The location was perfect for us. It was just a place to sleep since we were visiting friends. Very pleased with the quality and cleanliness.

The bed was a full not queen size but comfortable and the breakfast was a waffle iron and some oatmeal in a very small breakfast room
