The morning breakfast were sufficient. I loved being outside by the pool. Staff was very welcoming and friendly. I stayed for six days so I hung my do not disturb sign out the whole time I was there. Three bath towels was more than enough for six days. And it’s a really nice safe location.

I think it’s a little bit pricey. In my room, there was duct tape around the carpet where it hit the kitchen area because it had failed and there was other areas of frilled Carpet. Again not the end of the world.

The facility was extremely clean, the room was comfortable and fully equipped with a kitchen (refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, pots and pans and dishes). The sitting area, bedrooms, and bathrooms were all very comfortable. The staff were excellent, and the manager went over and above to make sure we had a suite that accommodated an elderly family member. Maintenance staff were also very helpful when we needed to change temperature in the room and address a sewer odor coming from the handicap bathroom.

The exercise room was small and was not air conditioned well. The facility is close to a freeway, shopping and businesses so there isn't many options for walking or jogging unless you are willing to drive to nearby beaches and parks.

Very nice property. It’s definitely one of the nicer hotels I’ve stayed at. Seems like an old assisted living center with very nice rooms. Well kept and clean. Excellent staff who were very friendly.

The shower could have been cleaned just a little better. A few stray hairs but nothing to actually complain about. Location to Cleveland is a bit far but that was known when booking.

It was a 2 bed 2 bath. Nice to share with my sister

We asked for every other day service and no one ever showed. Also a little pricey

Breakfast was nice, the woman who works in that area is extremely friendly and efficient . She made our stay memorable . Location was great.

Our room needed updates.

Great pool and basketball court areas, lots for my family to do when we were done with our adventure at the lake.

the hotel was very well kept and clean

I can’t say there was anything I didn’t like about the property but we did have an issue while we were there with the compressor going out in the refrigerator. It kept waking us up often throughout the night with a loud sound. We let the manager know in the morning that there was an issue and they were very kind and compensated us for the inconvenience

Basically cold choices Fruits,cereal and bagels For the price of the room I thought they would offer more of a hot breakfast

Cleanliness and Location were great. The staff was super helpful with our needs, WiFi support, a bathroom door - loose hinge even accommodated a late check out we did not even use.

I think the breakfast & coffee bar could do a lil better. Out of Raisin Bran, and coffee bar would be nice if it had French Vanilla creamer.

The staff is wonderful. They are very friendly and attentive. My door lock did not work properly. I made one short call and maintenance was there to fix it right away

My room was not close to an elevator, so I had some difficulty carrying my luggage up and down stairs.
