Great location with a lot of restaurants near the location. Room was clean and everything worked as it should. No issues during my stay. Great time.

The parking lot was just sealed coated and it caused a lot of the seal coat to be tracked into the room from your shoes. Carpet needed a quick steam clean to take care of this problem.

The Location is great a lot to do around there. Staff is great. Quiet and hot shower

The room needs to be cleaned better. But nothing that I couldn't wipe down anyway. ( i always bring my own cleaner and paper towels to any place I stay) I would stay here again

The room was very clean and it is easy to get around because it's in a convenient area!

The stove has no way to control the setting so it was very hot. Had to stand to make sure no burning!

The price was good and the staff were very accommodating. We were traveling with our 7 and a half week old daughter.

The unit floor wasn't as clean as it could've been, and the stove knob was broken off.

I was pleasantly surprised how nice it was. I had not been there for quite awhile because it was not being kept up. I come up to Mentor monthly and like having a microwave and refrigerator. A stove is an extra bonus. Hopefully the management will keep up the good work.

There where no dishes/pots/pans/utensils but I also did not ask. I will be checking that out the next time I come up.

Convenient location to our family

Although the room was fairly clean every time we stay there, which is about every other month, the floors are always very dirty. You cannot walk on the floors without getting your socks dirty. This time the room had a smell we couldn’t get rid of.

the stove in the room was awesome the tvs could be upgraded a little butt hey is what is I love the fact it was more to room than standard hey all ov that factors in also love cleanly places like that I would recommend others I give y’all 10 starz thanks for making a Home a home when u don’t have a lot spend God Bless

people who leave trash from days before the next even checks in with deliveries they can take it to the trash and hat should be in the workers who keep a clean enviorment for others

Had a very functional kitchenette, tons of space in the room, very convenient since I'm on a tricky diet.

So I do believe everything was cleaned, the carpet seemed to never quite dry, and the linoleum in front of the stove felt like it needed a grease cutter. But this was small in comparison to what the room had!

We were surprised by the value of this hotel, very comfortable and clean. Having a kitchen was very convenient. Unit was very clean and it was pet friendly.

Everything was good. I will stay here every time I’m in the area.

Good staff and nice rooms and laundry area. Good location with nearby shopping plaza.
