Our room had a gorgeous view of the trees in the back—such a peaceful and relaxing sight. The beds were extremely comfortable, the rooms were spotless, and the bathroom was clean and well-stocked. I also really enjoyed the complimentary coffee available on the first floor—it was honestly one of the best I’ve had at a hotel.

Upon arrival, I was disappointed by the attitude of the receptionist. She came across as unfriendly and unprofessional, and unfortunately, her appearance didn't reflect the cleanliness and quality of the hotel.

Up-to-date accommodations—fresh and clean. Property is in a quiet area, and off the main road 100 yds or more. Our room looked out to a wooded area.

However, this was one of the noisier properties I’ve been in — people (kids I think) in the wee hours. And there were other issues: 1) breakfast was poorly resourced at times — our 2nd morning the pan labeled “bacon” was empty when we arrived, and still empty when we left 20-25 minutes later; 2) our room was not cleaned the 2nd day, though we were gone about 10 hours. I heard other guests had the same issue. The pool is so small as to be a non-factor.

Everything. Friendly employees, great location, clean hotel. Amazing experience. The beds were comfortable. I will definitely be staying here in the future.

The only thing that I didn't like was the softness of the pillows. There was nothing else that I didn't like.

Nice hotel. Friendly staff. Breakfast was good. I liked that I could grab a coffee in the evening from the lobby. Pool was small and cold but nice to relax in. Location was convenient to Spire and to travel into Cleveland. Would definitely stay again.

We were on the 3rd floor and I feel like I heard every foot step from the room above. Conveniently, we knew the family staying above us. We tested it by them walking, dropping stuff etc and it's definitely just the floor/ceiling. We didn't hear people beside but definitely above us. Our keurig did dispense any water.

The hotel looked fairly new. It was very clean and everything was great. The only problem was the pool was supposed to be heated and it wasn't working properly. The staff was very nice. Would stay again. The location was perfect, not a congested area.

Liked the free breakfast. Bed was really comfortable. Had a lounge chair that was nice. Right by a good number of fast food places and gas. Plus a grocery store in case you forgot anything. Also very close to the highway.

That the pool is saltwater. And is also kind of small.

Brand new, clean, just off the thruway, convenient grocery store and gas stations right near by. Breakfast above average for typical inclusive breakfast. Room clean and spacious. Pool and workout areas above average for price range.

Breakfast was good, the person who was working that space made sure that everything was refilled.

There were a bunch of night road workers having lunch or partying in the parking lot. As women travelers who had to walk past them we did not feel safe.

The price of the room was outrageous for the location.
