The hotel is right off the highway, which was exactly what we needed for a short stay as we were driving home from a long trip. We were one of the only groups of gymuests staying, so it was quiet and we had the pool to ourselves. We had started at a different holiday in the three nights prior and this one was almost as good. The breakfast was plentiful but wasn’t great. The room was clean and we were overall satisfied!

The breakfast. The sausage was all shriveled up and the oats watery. It seemed as though they re-heated the breakfast from the day prior. Some decent options but nothing like the breakfast at the Holiday inn Express we stayed at in TN the 3 nights prior

Booking.com is VERY MISLEADING . I booked a 2 room suite. The property doesn’t have 2 room suits. Booking has it coded wrong. Booking made the mistake and refused to do anything about it

Booking.com made a mistake on the description of the room that I booked.it says 2 room suite. Nope not a 2 room suite. The property doesn’t have a 2 room suite. Booking was not helpful or even polite. The hotel and staff were very good but their hands were tied

We stay here every time. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Clean and tidy rooms and hotel in general. Breakfast is included. Usually it's excellent but the only thing I'd say is the eggs were a little burned but still put out to eat. Otherwise great. It can be a little noisy from the highway noise but overall we always enjoy our stay at this location.

The pillows need attention. They always feel like inflatable pillows but we always sleep well.

The bed was incredibly comfortable! Mattress was just right and bedding was note worthy. Breakfast was wonderful. Well stocked with a super variety. Some folks were noisy in the hallway, but I did go to be early. Holiday decorations were spectacular.

This is a very hard questions for me to answer. Everything was super. The staff were friendly and professional. I know that sounds like that should be the expectation but that is not always the case.

The breakfast was quite good - choice of sausages, egg dish, pancakes, toast, bagels, muffins, toast and coffee available all day long. The staff was friendly and accomodating. The room was cleaned daily. It's right off the freeway but there was no noise from it in the hotel.

I would like a couple of different egg dish choices at breakfast instead if just the one offered each day,

Very convenient to the interstate. Nicely updated hotel. The rooms were very nice and clean with very comfortable beds. We were only there one night while we were passing through but we were very happy with our stay.

Staff greeted us as we walked in, super nice. Clean. Breakfast was great for my vegitarians and non vegitarians. Ample parking, the beds were super comfy.

Additional cost when I got there, I feel it should all be up front.

Traveling from Boston to St. Louis and stop for the night. Have to say it was the best hotel experience ever. From the comfort, cleanliness of the room to the continental breakfast it was outstanding! We were so impressed with our stay that we made sure on our trip back that we do a return visit!

There was no downside to our stay.

The location was great. Really enjoyed the pool and our room was very nice. Even loved the hand soap’s dispenser. Breakfast was good. Service was good. Would stay there again. The price was good for what we enjoyed

The only thing is I wished it had a hot tub and I wished we had booked more than one night. Really enjoyed our stay.

Breakfast was good! A lady at breakfast was very helpful in checking the ingredient list for the pancakes for our nut allergy child. I appreciated that tremendously! Our son ate 4 pancakes! Lol All staff we came in contact with were extremely friendly. Nice hotel!

No fan in bathroom (or it didn't work) so it was pretty steamy and damp in bathroom after a hot shower. No room service during our 2 day stay but maybe that is new protocol due to pandemic. Could've atleast used fresh towels and trash removed after first day. I'm sure they would've taken care of it if I asked but after a long day we were too tired to bother with it.
