My car broke down on Austinburg exit and we stayed here for the time my car got fixed. The manager was super cool to let us early check-in and late check-out due to this extraordinary circumstances. They were very helpful during my entire stay. Pool was heated and nice. Breakfast was good with cheese egg, sausage, potato wedges, bagel, bread, cinnamon roll, cereals, milk, yogurt, juices and coffee. Room was clean, bathroom was also very clean and spacious. Very conveniently located on I-90.

Almost nothing.

Good value for the price. The beds were comfy, and the rooms were nice. I didn't get a chance to grab breakfast to make a comment on that. I'd stay here again.

Nothing that I didn't like. However, my first impression - the elevator was dirty & dingy with an old, torn rug; the floor and base along the walls, corners had caked up dirt. The door track was dirty grungy, with several small stones embedded in the tracks. This had to have been from being tracked in over time. The elevator could use a good cleaning. It made me wonder what the rooms would be like, but our room was acceptable.

Staff was friendly. Gave suggestions of where to eat. I used to own a cleaning business so I am very picky about our rooms. I was very pleased with the cleanliness. The room smelled clean when we walked in. The bed was clean, the bathroom clean. Bed was comfortable with ample pillows that were also comfortable. Green mountain coffee a bonus. Great stay!

Only suggestion I could even think of would be water for the mini fridge.

Breakfast was excellent! So many choices Great taste all around. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Would like to see if to-go trays with lids can be used for guests to carry items back to their room If they chose to have breakfast there instead of in the dining room.

The breakfast exceeded my expectations! I was extremely happy with the variety hot meals that were provided every morning!

Coffee was great and all items on the menu looked fresh and smelled great. the room was nice and clean and very quiet. this is the third time I'm stayed at the Hotel!

The desk lamp was broken and would not light up. Outside of that , it was a great stay.

The location and the friendliness of the staff couldn’t be beat!

A bit pricey for a mid week stay. The breakfast was just ok. There is no ice machine on the first floor and the one on the second floor is a challenge to find.

Cleanliness. The breakfast was good, not excellent.

The lighted bathroom mirror was really hard to tolerate. Others in our group of 4 (2 rooms) made the same remark. The placement of the Dove products could have been more convenient, but I understand the concept. The double shower curtain was awkward.

The lighting is terrible, especially in the hallways. it's so dim you can barely see what you're doing
