The staff members were the best and very accommodating. Then front desk was exceptional about my requests and check in and out.

The housekeeping was definitely a little lacking, especially because we had purchased the king suite with the Jacuzzi. Every day I had to chase down, clean towels, wash cloths, and other toiletries. There was zero cleaning or service to the room while we stayed. We were there almost a week, and I had to make up the room myself. When I was able to find an on staff housekeeper and ask for these items, they would act like I was a burden. They also charged me a pet cleaning fee for a service dog. Yes, the service dog is trained for a specific task and is not an emotional support. She was professionally trained by a third-party to perform a task for a retired first responder. We paid the fees to avoid any conflict

Zach, the assistant manager and the lady working with him the night of my check-in, were amazing. They went above and beyond, even cleaning a room for me. I travel alone a lot, and as a safety measure, I like to have a room near the front desk. Because of my late check-in, they didn't have anything except 1 room that needed to be finished because of repairs done earlier in the day. They both went down cleaned and stocked the room. Thank you both. You're truly amazing. All of the staff was very friendly.

Older motel but very clean and great price thru Priceline. I stay there twice a year.

No hot breakfast but good enough to get your day started. Plenty of coffee.

The continental breakfast was great. Cereal, fruit bars, pop-tarts, yogurt, bagels, bread (+ toaster), juice, coffee, muffins were all on offer. Great selection for a quick breakfast before hitting the road.

The building itself is obviously very old, but the reception area and rooms have been redecorated and it was very clean. Front desk staff (both at check-in and check-out) were exceptionally friendly.

Staff was very friendly. Was very quiet area and close to Lake Erie. Most people we meet were very pleasant and helpful The Smoking BBQ restaurant on the lake was excellent!

The key door from outside to the inside did not work well. Breakfast could have offered a few more choices. Bar was closed but we knew were going in off season

The outlet plate by the bed is not properly secured to the wall, exposing all the wires behind it. I had to hold the plate with one hand while removing my charging cord.

It is centrally located, the rooms are clean. The staff is exceptionally friendly. The restaurant/bar is awesome, they have great food, and the staff is wonderful.

The bathrooms are really small, but they do serve their purpose.

The location was great, just off the highway. The desk clerk seemed surprised to see me, in spite of my reservation, but perhaps due to the late hour. Breakfast was serviceable. The room was relatively dark and quiet.

I was given extremely vague directions to access my room, which involved a drive across the parking lot and around the building. The curtains could have closed better against the parking lot light/

Staff was friendly at check in, throughout stay, and at check out. The hallways had a mostly clean appearance. Rooms were quiet and tidy. Hotel was easily accessible or the highway.

Hallways had occasional piles of dirt gathered along the edges and corners. Bathtub was a bit slick (no grip tape). Exterior looked a tiny bit run down, as if little to no care was given to weeding.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Shower was nice and hot. The location right off I90 is perfect.

Room didn't have an ice bucket had to keep going to ice machine with cup for ice.
