The staff was very friendly and accomodating. Room was very clean and when our window got stuck, she knew exactly what to do and came right away! We even had a talk about knitting/crocheting since she saw my yarn bag, so very personable people. i would recommend and we plan on returning because of location,cleanliness and how attentive they were. So no complaints whatsoever about this property or stay. Very quaint place. We were very pleased with our stay.

Not a thing. They run a great place

Location is great, old style feel in a positive way, very clean, nice room, nice breakfast, nice pool area. Have stayed here in past, upgraded since last time. Would stay again.

Only negative thing I can say is the air conditioner. It is very loud while sleeping at night. Goes off and on a lot, when off room gets warm and when on very loud.

The Glass House Inn was a great place to stay while we visited Lake Erie. The rooms were more spacious than I expected. They were also very clean and maintained. The beds were very comfortable as well. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They truly cared about our stay and making us feel welcome. They are located only minutes from the Lake and other attractions. I highly recommend this hotel if you are traveling to Lake Erie,

The property is older, but well kept, relatively clean.

Property is in a great location. The new owner is in the process of updating all the rooms, however, even though the rooms are non-smoking he still allow smoking right outside the doors of the rooms. It’s inevitable that other people around that person’s room smells the smoke. It would be nicer if he moved the smoking area on the one side of the pool area.

The pool was awesome and clean. The room was nice. Very clean. Very comfortable bed. No stains on bedding. Everyone who worked there was nice. Good variety for continental breakfast.

Both nights/days my neighbors were very loud. It would stop around 11 pm and start back up at 8 am. I get people are on vacation, but they were like slamming against the walls and screaming constantly. It really stressed me out and I felt I couldn’t tell the front desk being a solo female traveler, I didn’t want any sort of retaliation.

The room was very clean, and nicely updated. The laminate tile floors were nice and clean - so much better than carpet! The shower was roomy and the blinds were great - very little light leakage! The breakfast choices were simple, but fine.

The mattress was fine, but nearing the end of its life - it was a little creaky. There was heat on all of the time in the bathroom, but we were able to shut the door so it didn't make the rest of the room too hot.

Only needed the room for one night. It was very clean and the beds and pillows were comfortable. Nice smelling towels. Good sized TV, worked well. Breakfast was basic but enough for us - good coffee and juice. There was a pool that others were enjoying, but we didn't have time to use it.

The handle of the screen door needs a quick fix.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The room was spare. There was no bathtub. There was no breakfast being served in the morning.

I would have liked it if there had been breakfast. Also, the room could have used some sort of rug in it, as there was nothing but cold, bare floor.

A very clean and tidy room. The breakfast had O.J., coffee, bananas, apples, granola bars, and some commercial type muffins. Very nice!

Some of the neighbors didn't realize how much noise they made, but we ran the AC fan continually to drown this out.

The owners were very kind, the room was really clean, bed perfectly comfortable. I traveled to Erie for a marathon and they were very nice about allowing extra checkout time so I could clean up and pack up after I finished the race. (Extra incentive to finish as fast as I could!) The Inn was close to good restaurants and very close to the race start.
