When checking in I was given a goodie bag with water and snacks. They had a cookie tray on the counter every evening. Hotel was clean, the breakfast area had every thing you needed. The room was on the smaller side but we did get a king size bed, and it was very comfortable. My husband has back issues and he didn't complain he actually really enjoyed sleeping every night. The bathroom was fantastic, had everything you needed and was nicely updated within the past few years. Staff always smiled if you walked passed them. If you needed something and didn't feel like driving Country Fair across the street has everything you need.

Room felt a little cramped, we had two small dogs with us and it was hard for us to walk to the bathroom with out someone having to sit on the bed.

Friendly staff, clean comfortable bed, nice breakfast. Check in was easy, key cards out of service but staff had an easy back up plan. Loved the little goodies bag at check in, a very nice touch with a handwritten message welcoming you.

Parking lot was an iced slippery mess. There were several inches of ice covered with ruts and water. Clearly had been in the lot for a while and froze thawed and froze again and was now covered with rain and melting snow. I saw a family with children struggling to get from car to door safely. It was very difficult to navigate even as a steady footed adult. I only had a carryon overnight bag but saw the family with a stroller and wheeled bag having a very hard time. Please be mindful of this. Guests with luggage, wheelchairs/strollers/walkers or children are definitely in danger of falling. Otherwise the stay was perfect

While the room was small, it was perfect. The pillows on the bed were wonderful and the bed itself was excellent. The best part was the breakfast the following morning. It was superb and it opened early which really made a difference as we could get on the road early. The location was fantastic -- easy on/off from I90.

We were unable to connect to the Wifi. The control for the temperature of the shower was only accessible if you were standing under the shower which meant getting wet with cold water first. There was no freezer section in the refrigerator.

Clearly the Sleep Inn team has set a goal of providing a great night’s sleep to its customers. The facility checked all the normal boxes: it was clean, attractive, very comfortable and efficiently organized. The staff was responsive and personable, and they even provided a welcome bag. But beyond all this, they offered free access to premium relaxation sounds, a free month of premium AllTrails, a sleep promoting tea available anytime, “sleep tips” posted in the room… anything they could do to promote good sleep. Perfect initiative, and very successful. We’ll definitely be back!!

Check in was quick & easy. Management was friendly & made me feel welcome. I liked the goodie bag I received upon checking in. The lobby & breakfast area was clean & I enjoyed the relaxing music playing. There's a Keurig by the desk which had a nice selection of coffee to choose from. My room was clean & the bed & bedding was comfortable. I got a good night's sleep each night of my vacation. I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. There was a nice selection of hot & cold foods plus fruit, pastries, juice & coffee. This Sleep Inn is located close to a lot off restaurants, shopping & wineries. Presque Isle & The Bayfront are a short drive too. Also there's lots of parking at this hotel.

The staff was very friendly and gave us a welcome bag of goodies to refresh us when we arrived. Very clean and the room was nice and bed very comfortable. The breakfast was very nice...hot foods and cereal, waffles, yogurt, juices, coffee and tea...a wide variety of foods to choose from and kept replenished. Also, there was shampoo, conditioner, lotion, makeup remover, plenty of amenities to make our stay comfortable. They did a great job!

For the value we cannot think of anything...you all did a great job.

The bed was real comfortable, had a walk in shower , I don't do elevators so they had me on the third floor and she changed me to the second floor and close to the stairs and parking right out the door. The hotel was decorated beautiful for the fall season. They even gave me an a goody bag for staying. I was there for a funeral so I didn't get to eat the breakfast just had to grap a yogurt real quick cuz my brother was picking me up. The room was clean and one nice thing besides having shampoo and conditioner it also had a make up remover wipe, to make it perfect add a shower cap

Well this may be a liittle petty but there was no kleenex in the room with Erie and it beiing cold your nose is going to start running. the other thing that sorta of bother me is the door to the stairs on the outside did not lock there also was a door in that area to get into the main lobby, It looked like there was a device out there to scan your card but the door didn't latch. so you could just come on in.

I loved how clean it was. It was so cozy we slept in and missed breakfast lol. The staff was wonderful. They even give you a small welcome bag that contained chips, water and 2 chocolates. For some that may not be anything but personally I feel after a long trip..being tired means you not wanting to head out to a store. Those chips and chocolates really hit the spot. Thank you to all the staff.

Unlike some hotels I've seen where they started to place bigger shampoo and conditioner this place did not. It just contained small bottles but thankfully I'm an overpacker so it wasn't an issue for me. Also no toothpaste in case you forgot your own.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The location was perfect for us, the price was very good and the hotel is pet friendly, adding on the same rate per day that we would have paid anyway to board our pup. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and the air conditioner worked very well! (Super important as it was 90+ degrees each day!). And the free breakfast each day was good. We would definitely stay there again and recommend it for families.

Our Wi-Fi was a little spotty (which drove my children crazy), perhaps because we were the very last room of the hotel. It wasn't a big deal for me or my husband. The walls were a little thin, being right next to the outside door, we could hear everyone coming and going as both doors slammed each time. This was only a minor issue at night when we were trying to sleep and made our pup a bit nervous that someone was trying to break in.

Very pleased. Not cheap and dirty as I was expecting. Very clean, very modern, rum is a bit small, but had everything we needed. There was no significant evidence of wear and tear. The bed was very comfortable. The air conditioning worked perfectly. The people at the front desk were absolutely delightful. They only charge 35 bucks for pets, so I didn’t feel like I was being taken over the coals as is so common at other properties. We make this trip once a year and we will be stopping at this Sleep Inn every time with our dogs. Highly recommended. And the breakfast was a step above, it included hot items like cheese omelettes and sausage and they were both very good, whoever is running the show there knows what they’re doing.
