The breakfast was great. The family enjoyed all of their selections. Our waitress was fantastic. She was always checking on us to verify we had all that we needed.

Having Mimosas and Bloody Mary's available for breakfast. would be a plus. The location is not marked well, so we went to the Courtyard initially. The road does show the Cracker Barrell, but not the Hilton Garden Inn

Our was the most fun me and my wife had in a long time. At our age of 67 years for both. We are going to go back next month for the weekend. Thanks

Staff was very friendly and the facilities were clean. Drinks were mixed well and bartender was great. The pool and whirlpool were very well maintained and had a great temperature. The hotel is close to a lot of shops and restaurants which made things very convenient.

The bed was noisy everytime you moved. It squeaked and it did wake me and my husband up a couple times when one of us moved. The pressure in the shower wasn't horrible but also wasn't terrific.

I like the look and feel of the Hilton Garden Inn. It has a lot of amenities there on property to enjoy a stay there without having to venture out if you don't want to and is reasonably priced.

Rooms were clean. Hotel had a pleasant smell. Beds were comfortable. We did take our own pillows because I’ve never been to a hotel with good pillows

Restaurant was excellent as were the waitresses. Breakfast was a 10/10. Pool/hot tub facilities were good. Room was clean. Stayed there before and would stay there again.

Liked the pool and hot tub but they but need some attention/cleanup. Interior of the hot tub looks like it needs a good cleaning. Towels at the pool were paper thin. If you're staying for a few days at the rate we paid there should be enough clean towels and toilet paper to last the length of the visit. Not completely thrilled with the lack of housekeeping. It's not necessary to change the sheets daily, but there has to be a better way to distribute clean towels other than standing in line at the front desk or tracking down a housekeeper.

The jacuzzi tub was amazing. The king bed was comfortable. Room was spacious.

Replacing a conventional coffee maker with a Kuerig is asinine. With just three pods provided, there is nowhere close to enough for two coffee drinkers. I was unaware of that change.

Very safe, staff was EXCELLENT! Very accommodating!

The 2nd floor leads out to the roof where workers can walk, so don't stay on floor 2.
