Breakfast was great. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The facility was not as close to the Tall Ships Festival as advertised, but it was an easy drive to get there. We would consider booking here again when we return.

Although I made my reservation in early March, our room was not ready when we arrived at 3:00 p.m. at the end of August. The lighting was poor, and made it difficult to read when in the room. Also, the cost of the room on the final night was way overpriced for the quality or the facility. In my experience when travelling, I expect more when paying over 200/night, ie, no water spots on ceiling, no peeling wallpaper, no holes in shower curtain, etc. .

My only issue was the thermostat. It was VERY warm in the room. We ended up turning it all the way down to 66, which cooled it off. But eventually I ended up just putting it on fan, heated up too much again. After fussing all evening trying to maintain a comfortable temp, I ended up keeping it on cool 66, but covering part of the vent with towels. Otherwise it blew cold air right on the left side of the bed. If we were staying more than one night I probably would have tried another room.

Location is very good, close to the highway and shopping. Plenty of parking and coffee is available all day. Rooms are clean and well maintained, but the doors are not closing properly (there is cca 1/2" around many of the frames, so there is no real stop to air and noise movement.

Breakfast was disappointing though: scrambled eggs and breakfast sausages (same each day), cereals and fruit yogurt. There were few a couple of bananas, apples and oranges the first day, but no fruit at all the second... Overall, this was a poor selection for a 4 star hotel

The moment we arrived we were instantly greeted and welcomed. The room was very nice. I appreciated the fact that they use Dove products in the bathroom. So much nicer than those cheap soaps and lotion that other hotels use! I really enjoyed how they gave little details to remember about times of breakfast and the pool with the key cards. All of the staff we interacted with were very friendly, polite, and helpful as we are from a very small town and being in a city was intimidating!!

Even though there were families around us (potentially noisy), we were pleased that the room was still quiet. We could hear children through the wall, but when it came to sleep, we did just fine.

I would like to see two adults like us put into a section of the hotel not surrounded by parents with small children. We have had children, so I know it's natural for them to be excited and happy. But as older, weary travelers, we would have liked peace and quiet sooner.

The property is clean and well-maintained. It’s close to everything but off off the main path. It is such a wonderful comfortable place to be. It’s one of my favorite places in Erie. The staff is absolutely exceptional. I recommend this place so highly, and I have stated a lot of places in Erie.

The Wi-Fi reception is horrible so if you don’t have a plan that you can work off your own phone, you’re in trouble. They try really hard with the breakfast. There’s a lot of good options for families. But for a keto diet, it’s not a good choice, but that said? These are so minimal of issues compared to how wonderful the hotel.

The overall room was spacious and met expectations. Breakfast was very good with a variety of choices. The pancake machine was superb. Stay was friendly. The price was right, which is why I chose this hotel over my usual stopover.

Having a hotel right off the highway is usually ideal, but in this case, the traffic noise from the highway was sleep depriving. For my one night stay, it was tolerable, and it did not cancel out the other positives.

We love staying here due to its great location. The location is very convenient to many attractions. The staff was very friendly and helpful. J.C. at the front desk could not of been more helpful or cheerful. The rooms look renovated and very clean. Even the main lobby looks new and very welcoming. There is an indoor pool...helpful if the weather doesn't cooperate. Overall, a great place to stay.

Breakfast in morning was not fantastic, but this was not a huge issue. We stayed on a weekday and hotel was not packed...so a limited menu is very understandable.

Second time staying. Hotel is clean and quiet with easy access to I-79 or 90. Pool is great and families were all respectful (much better experience vs. the travel teams we encountered during the last stay). Staff is friendly -- front desk team, breakfast attendant, and housekeeping. The hotel sits back off Peach Street, which reduces road noise considerably.

Please get real coffee. The breakfast options are limited for my personal needs, but good overall for the kids. Please get some carafes and brew drinkable coffee for guests. The heater was a bit loud for us, but ear plugs blocked out the noise.

My husband and I got married on June 29th and we went our honeymoon trip. We stay 3 nights. Room 427 We were only two hours away from home. The hotel was extremely nice. Very peaceful. Breakfast was delicious. Staff member were really good. Room's we're very clean. The pool was amazing We will be coming back to our stay next time to lake Erie

Kinda got little nervous about the highway being to close but I didn't sleep well first night due to highway being right next to the hotel. The second night I slept like a baby.
