The room was very nice. The manager, operations manager, and housekeeping attendants were very pleasant.

Breakfast was good, but it was so full every morning that there was nowhere to sit, and the selection was limited due to the number of people and things not being restocked quickly enough. A breakfast attendant yelled at me for asking for spoons and embarrassed me in front of everyone. I asked how often my room would be touched up and restocked and was told by housekeeping it would be done every day. When it wasn't done after our first night, I asked the front desk, and they told me every other day. When no one attended to our room on the third day I asked someone at the front desk and she rolled her eyes and asked me if I had requested that they come to my room and I explained that i was told it would be taken care of.

David was at the front desk and he was absolutely professional and courteous. We went to the casino for some evening entertainment late night snacks were available anytime at Sheetz right across the parking lot. They had pretty much anything you would want for a late night snack so all in all it was a great stay.

It was a great location the breakfast was more than adequate. Overall I had an enjoyable stay it was more of a two and a half star location. interior hallways could use some updating but still nice enough for a short business trip

They need to do something about their landscaping outside when I first pulled up to the building there were several weeds and the place looked very unkepted it put me on guard because I thought oh my God if it's like this on the outside what would the inside be like but inside was a bit dated but it was pretty acceptable just hire a gardener and clean up the outside

Wonderful motel with all promises met, including working gym equipment Spacious clean room, great beds, good shower, and tasty breakfast. We were on the second floor, not our favorite, but no problem, as the elevators were quick and always available. Sheetz right across the parking lot which was super, as we were too tired to drive to dinner and were able to purchase fresh veggies and fruit, cooked chicken, fresh sandwiches, and dessert there. Very helpful front desk staff too.

Second floor detergent dispenser was empty, as was the soda machine.

A self serve breakfast was offered, and the food was good. The rooms were clean.

There was an odd smell in the elevator lobby, almost like a cleaner mixed with mildew odor. We paid for a late check out, yet the housekeeping staff walked right into our room that morning, assuming we had checked out. The shower was so small, it had no shelving to place any personal items. There was a small ledge that literally could only hold a bar of soap, and not one item more. I had to hold my razor and washcloth the entire time, while my shampoo & conditioner were placed on the floor.

We booked our stay June 29th-July 3rd the property was in a great location right next to Sheetz in a quiet community. The room was clean and no bugs. The staff were very friendly and helpful with what’s around the area. The beach is only 15 minutes away and countless places to eat.

Housekeeping didn’t take trash or dirty towels they were on our floor but never asked if we needed anything taken or re stocked. The hotel should definitely invest in landscaping around the property.

The price was very good, the breakfast was amazing! It was right next door to a Sheetz and across the street from the casino! Everyone was very nice and helpful!

The beds weren’t very comfortable, we woke the first morning with back aches and shoulders and hips hurting! We asked for extra pillows to try to make it more comfortable! The bed skirts are filthy, i know you can’t and don’t change them to often , honestly i would get rid of them all together! The rooms aren’t very soundproof, we could hear the people next door talking as if they were in our room!

The staff here truly went above and beyond! One rainy day, we decided to stay in and asked Torrie at the front desk if they had any crayons. They didn’t—but to our surprise, the general manager, Lisa, personally went out and got crayons and a coloring book for us. That level of care and thoughtfulness is rare—easily the best guest service we’ve experienced. Huge thanks to Lisa and Torrie for making our stay so special!

Bed is very comfortable. I travel alone and I stay for a week. I feel so safe. The door has door lock and the glass window has the lock that prevent to fully open the window if someone has intention to break in. The Hotel is very quiet. The room is being clean at 2 times a day. The breakfast is good but I wish they alternate the items. For the 7 days stay, I notice fried egg, sausage and ham. Sausage and Ham is not my type of breakfast. The front desk is so helpful too.

I didn’t like that I called for extra pillow and coffee…waited over an hour, no one came. The next morning I called and asked for extra coffee/cream/sugar and I was told housekeeping should be in the hallway or I could come down to get it…I didn’t feel that I should have to go down to get something. Also, there was no soap in the room! Figured I’d have to go down to get it so I didn’t bother!
