Terilyn is a wonderful asset to the hotel. She keeps everything running smoothly. Very friendly and helpful. There was an issue with our reservation, but she handled it for us. You are so very lucky to have her. Our room was very clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. The fitness room was perfect for our needs. The pool was green the first day, but the staff drained it and we could use it the next day. The hotel is close enough to the beaches and restaurants.

Breakfast was nice but needs some protein. The hotel could use some new luggage carriers.

Love hitting the pool after a 6 hour truck ride. Staff was so friendly, check in easy, the water in the lobby was a great bonus. Room was spotless, temperature throughout hotel was always comfortable. Only downfall was the noise the fridge made on and off. It sounded like a very long shower but it was the fridge in the room making it. Still slept in comfy clean bed.

The hotel was convenient to what we were doing. It was also close to the casino where we had a delicious and comfortable dinner. The room was clean and comfortable. The front desk employee was very friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was very nice, Cereal, muffins, waffles. Coffee, tea and fruit.

The TV wasn't easy to navigate. The ice machine on our floor was out of order. The bathroom didn't seem to have an exhaust fan or i couldn't find it.

Bathroom was supposed to be handicap accessible.. there were no grab bars in shower…. The only thing there was a chair to sit on… there were no bars to hang towels on and 1 roll of toilet paper for 4 days…no body to collect trash…

Great daytime front desk person/Mgr. Location. Bed & bedding. Quiet. Staff continuing effort to gradually refurbish / upgrade property is apparent. Staff cares.

Parking lot & exterior lighting needs maintenance. Sticky spot in room carpet (soda pop spill?).

The Breakfast is good with couple of varieties. I think I like the Hotel arena. The environment is quite and clean for my liking. The Attendants are friendly and welcoming. Keep it up.

Hotel name is CLARION POINTE HOTEL. But on arrival, I saw DAYS INN. I was confused for a while. I asked again before I was redirected. I think the Old name of the hotel (Days Inn) should be changed to reflect the current name which is CLARION POINTE HOTEL.

I was going to a concert at the Erie Insurance Arena. The hotel was close to it and was a very good price. I arrived and found a very friendly staff, a beautiful lobby, and an exceptionally clean room. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Great value!

The rooms were very nice and well kept. The waterfall picture was a nice fun touch in the room. Overall was a very nice room and had a good stay.

For a non smoking hotel there was a definite smoke smell in the hallways. Other than that it was good.

Room was nice comfortable & clean. We liked having actual chairs in the room to sit on rather than having to sit on the bed to read or watch TV. Bed was very comfy.

We certainly would consider staying there again on our way through.

For us the bed was way too soft. And we don’t like to have to sit through a commercial video before we can enter the WiFi (and not just once…)
