Overall, our stay was great! The breakfast was yummy, and the staff was very friendly.

We woke up in the morning excited to head to the pool for a while before we headed out for other activities. When we came down, dressed in our swimsuits, after breakfast we saw that a sign had been put up that the pool was “out of order” and we never heard any explanation. My kids were super disappointed to say the least. I know these things happen sometimes, but we picked this hotel for the pool area and then we were barely able to use it.

My daughter loved the slide & pool area. Breakfast had several items to choose from. I liked that there were gluten free choices available. We ran out of towels in the middle of the night & called the front desk. They promptly brought us up as many towels as we needed. There were big bottles of Dove shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap & lotion in the bathroom. This was a nice touch!

The room smelled musky. The shower head was zipped tied together & became loose & kept falling. It could have possibly hit someone in the head.

Everything was very accommodating the kids loved the pool, breakfast was above and beyond would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone and will likely stay there again!

There was one thing which really was not a big deal they have posted no one under 18 allowed in hot tub. I do not mind the kids in the hot tub if there are no adults in it. But when adults want to go in they should have to vacate the hot tub.

We love the pool here! There are always extra life vests for the little guys! (Ones people apparently left behind) We are local and love to get away with kids here!

Upon checking out one of my toddlers accidentally dumped a juice bottle on the white linen sheets. Immediately we tore the bedding from the bed and put it in a pile on the floor by the door. When we got to the front desk after 10 minutes of checking the room, they informed me that i may or may not get my deposit of $60 back in the mail. They said they had to see if the stain would come out first before returning said deposit. Thankfully 3 days before Christmas, they mailed me a check.

The staff were very friendly. The hotel was clean, comfortable and cool. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was great. Breakfast was special, plenty of choice and a pancake machine I’ve never seen before. Kids loved it. We enjoyed the bar across from the entrance in the evening. The hotel offered a pool that kids would love. We found the hotel location near the road we were on so this was great for us, no noise in room though.

The bedroom felt a little corporate and less homely.

It's a great stopover location. The breakfasts are wonderful, and the staff is always very helpful and friendly.

Unfortunately, we were on the first floor. Someone showed up after 1am on the floor above and was very loud. Also, the room was facing the street and the traffic noise was very loud. We will definitely stay again, but will request a different room location!

The hotel is amazing . The two pools were a hit for the kids and us . The rooms were big and clean and the staff were helpful and nice Breakfast was always good . The hotel is only 20 mins from fun things to do with your kids . We have a 1 year old, 3 year old and 8 year old and they all had a blast! .

The pool with the slide was a little cold but was so much fun !

The parking and housekeeping never cleaned our room during the visit! Also, the housekeeping staff that were seen in the hallway were kind of disrespectful - one was pulling a blue basket and letting it fling around off the walls and stuff and continued to do so as we were walking by almost knocked my 3 year old to the ground.

This was the best Holiday Inn Express we have stayed at with all the exceptional amenities it offered. The indoor pool, hot tub, indoor water park and amazing breakfast area with lots of options. Last but not least, a very courteous and friendly staff.

We were in the third floor which was fine but the view wasn’t the greatest.

We loved the swimming area that is set up for the kids. They loved it! Also their free breakfast was a really nice selection too.

Our room air conditioner wasn’t working much and kept stop working. The guy came up to look at it and reset it and said he hoped that would work but he said they’re very old and need replaced because many are having issues with them. Also our tv remote wasn’t half like working with some of the buttons so he said he’d get us a new one and he never came back and we told the front desk about it and they just said he was busy since he was the only one repairing things for the rooms and they just apologized but never gave us a new remote. Our tv was left on and stuck on just the one channel the whole time.
