It was our first time in this hotel...We had been on the road days and were very tired... We arrived at 4 pm, which was our check-in time. (Before that, during booking, I asked if we were able to check in at 3 pm, that was declined, now I understand why) We were shocked and disappointed to see 30+ people waiting in the lobby of the hotel... we had to wait for about an hour in the car to be able to check in because the rooms were not prepared yet... I hope it was just a coincidence and it was not the normal situation. The front desk girl was very nice and apologized for the inconvenience and offered us free drinks and snacks that helped and smoothed our emotions. I am sure the manager of the hotel will be able to fix the situation in the future. We had to check out early at 5 am. before breakfast, so I can't comment on this part. I hope it was good. I really would recommend the hotel, and I will consider staying there again in our future journey. Thank you

Nice breakfast and roomy. Location close to all restaurants. Front desk girl very pleasant and informative.. Nice man working there offered to wheel my wife to the room and asked how our stay was when we left.

Need to put the channels card out on the TV with the remote on top of it. Did nt know there was one till i checked the dresser drawer upon leaving the next morning. Could of used a room with wood floors as wife had hard time in room wheeling on the carpet in wheelchair..dont know if any rooms have lamenate floors

Nice, clean rooms, close to the Waterpark. Rooms were comfy and spacious.

Staff did not know a lot of answers to questions we had, such as "where is Hawthorne inn/comfort inn" because they allow HI guests to use their pools, but the staff didn't seem to know. Also, when we arrived, our reservation said check in was 4pm, but the staff informed us that it was "4pm or later" and that our room was not ready (along with quite a few other people.) Last, breakfast was nice but they start tearing it down early (we came down at 9am and breakfast goes until 10), they were out of a lot of stuff (juice, cereal, fruit to name a few) and they would not set out more, so we suggest you get there early (8:15 or before).

We loved the location of the property, it was convenient for the activities we had planned during our stay. The staff were so welcoming and made our stay with our toddler so comfortable and enjoyable. We are already planning to go back next year, so we will definitely look at this property again for that stay!

Didn’t have a very good variety for the breakfast, it was the same options both days, I would have liked to see them mix up the options like other hotels do.

Didn't care for the breakfast. Eggs were loose, sausage was so chewy, bread for toast was stale. Coffee is great, potatoes were okay. Fresh fruit was good, bagels were they same flavor all 3 days we were there. Why no bacon, french toast, or waffles ever? Juice was nice and cold. Staff was attentive.

Variety of the breakfast. You use to have waffles (we make) now nope. French toast and bacon would have been great. Fresh bread would be great and a variety of bagels.

The staff was very welcoming and assisted in everyway when I inquired about their services. The room was a spacious suite which includes a sink, microwave, fridge, and coffee maker. and 2 queen beds that seemed larger than average. The hot breakfast was a bonus as it was included with the room rate. The bathroom had full size Dove products which were very moisturizing and had lovely scents. When I asked for a couple of extra toiletries and shower caps they were more than accommodating.

In the bathrrom the tub had some mold stains on the edges however it was clean and the mirror was not cleaned from the last guest as there were greay water marks on it. Housekeeping is done only by request and there are no pens and paper in the room.The kitchenette was okay but the microwave had a burnt look and smell inside so I didn't attempt to use it. The TV had 2 verticle lines burnt into the screen so watching TV wasn't as normally enjoyable.

Enjoyed the breakfast and the room.

The tub being slick when in it. To the point 3 people from my room slipped and fell in it. There should be a mat or slip resistance bottom in them. You need more carts to transport the luggage to and from cars because went to get one to use and there were none because they were being kept in rooms by other travelers.

The breakfast was very good. The staff was very polite and courteous. The room was very nice and spacious.

You do NOT have near enough carts for luggage. There was no cart available at check in or check out. This was upsetting. And since you do not offer a pool and are connected to the splash lagoon, entry should NOT cost extra. That should be included in the cost of the room. And I asked for discounted tickets for area attractions, and your staff had nothing to offer. I was mostly upset about the luggage cart issue. You have plenty of room to store more by the ice machines on each floor. There is absolutely no reason you can't have more available for guest use.

I loved the location the room i had was amazing and more spacious then any other hotel i have stayed at. The room stayed cold the ac worked really good i loved the bathroom, the staff, and the hotel itself was clean and the room was great for my family of 5 and i would recommend this hotel to anyone. So if i decide to come back to erie pa this is the hotel im coming to

The only thing i did not like was how the splash lagoon was not included with ur room thats the only downfall i didnt like. But if i would stay there again i would.

Great location! The staff was amazing. Answered questions, delivered an extra blanket when needed. The breakfast in the morning was unbelievable -- if you walked away hungry -- your own fault. The staff was always smiling and happy -- much appreciated it and I constantly thanked them for everything they did or were doing.

Wish I had more time to stay instead of just 2 days :(
