What's not to like?! The property was immaculate, the staff goes above and beyond and the beds were so comfortable, my husband and I are purchasing the same brand mattress! To elaborate on the staff, the woman at the front desk when we checked in was so kind. She asked us the reason for our stay, and when we told her we were from out of town but had a 5:45am c-section scheduled at a hospital close by, she discounted our room and told my husband he could take breakfast to go even though it wasn't served until 6am and we'd be leaving by 5:30. She also reassured me about childbirth and was just so sweet beyond words. In the morning, upon checkout, another staff member once again offered breakfast to go. We didn't take them up on it as we were very nervous and excited to meet our brand new baby, but it just shows how much passion this property has for hospitality. Highly recommend!!!

The only complaint I have is regarding my GPS. It had a hard time directing us to the property. The property itself was a 10/10!!!

The location was excellent, the staff was wonderful as was the housekeeping. It was great that we could use the laundry at the sister hotel, overall a really nice experience and a good value.

The laundry didn’t work well, unfortunately though I was glad it was there. Look, is this a five star hotel, absolutely not but for what you pay the value is great and again we loved the location. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.

OMG they didn't have food for breakfast because their delivery truck never came.Ok, but they should have petty cash, or back up food source. Breakfast is important whilst traveling. They tried by putting out what they had on hand, but it was a total fail and disappointment 😞 That being said everything else was impeccable and staff was knowledgeable and friendly. The facility was very very clean.

No food for breakfast ( no eggs. Bacon toast etc.) They did have dry products such as cereal etc. And the coffee was good, but now we have to head out and get breakfast

The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was spacious, the breakfast area was kept clean and well attended to. The staff couldn’t have been nicer- especially Thea who answered my questions on the phone and then checked us in. We were there for our grandson’s baseball tournament. The Millcreek Mall is huge and right there.

The breakfast was adequate but I would have liked a choice of wheat bread or bagels and my husband thought there should be something different than scrambled eggs and sausage patties every morning.

Great location. Close to the mall, restaurants, everything that you need if you are travelling.

The only issue was not about the hotel, but behaviour of guests and their children. Parents should not allow their children to run up and down the hallways, creating lots of noise at any time of day or evening, and then defend the behaviour. Lots of sporting events happen throughout the year, which is a fun time for families and teams, which I can appreciate. BUT, parents should be instructed that they are staying at a hotel where there are others guest, NOT a recreation facility.

There were 3 mattress brackets that stuck out 3-4 inches from the bed that were right at ankle height — OUCH! the shower was very pretty but not practical. It was narrow to begin with, then they added a narrow shelf for shampoos and such, as well as shampoo, conditioner and shower gel dispensers. All necessary but all at the perfect height to WHAP your elbows and arms on while trying to bathe or wash your hair. These features made an already narrow shower stall very impractical. Plus the sliding shower door would not stay closed so everything on the floor got wet.

I always stay at this location. I was not happy being charged $10.00 to park. I parked in a public lot next to the Fairfield. Never charged before. I am a Bonvoy Member. RK

The breakfast was good lots of options though they did advertise bacon and had Sasuage instead kind of disappointed my son who is autistic

We left behind my sons float vest and no one contacted us to let us know so now I have to buy him another one because when I called the maid had tossed it already

It was very clean and staff was very nice! Had a good location as well!

The only thing I think that could have been better was the breakfast! It wasn’t terrible but I think maybe a little bit more choices! Like maybe choice of bacon or sausage and eggs could have been a bit better! Other than that it was good

We loved the pool! It was perfect for our 2 young swimmers! The BIG bonus was the pool being open till midnight! Everywhere you go they close at 9 and you never get a chance to swim in the pool! My husband was also a big fan of coffee 24/7 since he’s a coffee junky! We were thrilled to find out that check out wasn’t until 12! We asked for a late check out of 1 but I believe we had left by 11! But just knowing we didn’t have to rush in the morning with 2 little kids was a huge relief! Location was amazing too!

We weren’t a fan of the breakfast. We have 2 little kids so getting down there by 9 Was hard but my husband was not a fan of the Sausage or the eggs but overall I was just happy to have food for our kids in the morning to start out our day!
