Rooms were clean. Pool was nice for kids. Felt safe during stay.

Be sure all information is given at time of check in. we were not given vouchers for breakfast, thinking it was a buffet we didn’t get breakfast the first morning as we thought we missed it. The second morning we checked for buffet again and saw nothing. I went to the desk because I noticed my booking included breakfast, the girl at the counter explained you need vouchers and we were not given them. The first day we left and had to pay for breakfast at IHOP because we were not given our vouchers. We really would have loved to have saved $70 and had breakfast that should have been included in our rooms.

Holiday Inn Erie is in a good location. There are tons of restaurants in the area such as longhorn, Texas roadhouse, applebees, and much much more. All the stores and malls and shopping centers are within a 10 min drive and most right down the street. The hotel was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. In the lobby area there is tons of sitting room. If guests bring back food from a restaurant and wish to eat in the lobby, thats not a problem and its a very nice setting. Hotel was a good experience.

Nothing to dislike but if had to choose something the hotel didnt offer free breakfast to my knowledge. Also the rooms don't come with a microwave, but the hotel doesnt advertise that they do. There is a microwave in the lobby to use whenever you wish. Nice rooms, I would say a bit pricey considering its not a suite. The shower door sometimes close sometimes doesn't but not a major issue.

The room was large, very clean. It was easy to set the temp to make it comfortable. The shower was easy for my wife, who is handicap, to get into. The bed was very comfortable.

There was a table on wheels under the tv. I moved it over between the bed and sofa so we could put our drinks and electronics on. I found out when we were getting ready to leave. That one of the wheels would not stay on. I forgot to mention it to the lady who checked us out. I had a hard time putting it back where it was because of that wheel.

Front desk was amazing!! Breakfast was just as great!!! 3rd shift front desk staff was very inviting and friendly!!! I loved the over all atmosphere, other guests were having a great time and that all made for a wonderful stay!!!!!!

Liked the location (except it is unattractive right next to an overnight truck parking lot), friendly staff, beautiful facility. Comfortable bed and pillows. Nice light blocking shade.

Shower corners and walls were not completely cleaned. The room itself is small in comparison to other Holiday Inn rooms. We had to figure out how to set the mini fridge and to what temp - no directions and it was not on. No microwave in the room.

The staff was excellent. We came up for work and found ourselves in a blizzard, and they were very accommodating, allowing us to stay an extra night and keeping our same rooms. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

Unfortunately, due to staffing issues and the weather, the cafe wasn't open, but we were able to venture out across the parking lot to find something for lunch.

Great location, comfortable beds, they had Dove Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap and lotion which is EXTREMELY convenient, very quiet, amazing price. It’s a no outlet road so there’s no traffic, perfect location too as it’s surrounded by grocery stores, restaurants, etc. Will definitely stay here again for our next Erie trip!! Very clean rooms as well.

I’m not sure about the breakfast situation for sure, but I believe there is no free breakfast.

The hotel is new and is very clean. It’s within walking distance of Aldi’s which is great if you need something to eat as there is a small refrigerator in the room. I found the hotel staff to be polite and accommodating.

The hotel welcomes pets which I’m sure is great for people traveling with their pets. The problem is that they go out and leave the pet in the room, and we had a dog barking nonstop next to our room for hours. I did call the front desk to tell them, and I’m sure they did what they could do, but if the people are gone, and the dog is left in the room, there’s not much to be done until they return. The other thing I might mention which is really not that big a deal, is that the exterior entryway is not very attractive and inviting. There are just a set of automatic doors. When you walk through the doors, the lobby is very cheerful and attractive with a nice area of couches to sit.

It was very clean, staff was friendly, lots of restaurants nearby and easy to find way around to sightsee.

I know this will kinda sound petty but we did not like how the bathroom door automatically shut, sometimes it is warm in there so we had to use a luggage bag to prop it open and a microwave would have been nice but over all it is a nice facility.

Property is ridiculously clean. I don’t think I’ve ever stayed at a cleaner hotel. All the staff we encountered were helpful and lovely. Breakfast was so good! Bed was really comfy and the small detail of putting the privacy shade behind a metal track to keep out light was awesome.

sound proofing is not the greatest, lots of slamming doors and hallway noise but didn’t wake me up in the night.
