Location, family and pet friendly and very accommodating to our needs, staff friendliness, breakfast variety, quality, quantity and service, easy check-in and out, pool and double ensuites with living room, full kitchen/ dining meet all of our family’s needs right down to shower dispensers of body wash, shampoo and conditioner!

We had 6 people, but there was only a service of 4 dishes, glasses, cups and silverware. Thankfully I had brought paper plates and plastic silverware. There were no cooking utensils (spatulas or serving spoons) to stir or serve with.

I'm originally from Erie PA where this location is located. I visit at least twice a yr to see family and spend quality w/my gkids. I usually book a hotel to take them away from their toxic crime infested neighborhood. If you live in Erie you know what I'm talking about. So, I totally forgot about this particular area by the mall and the hotels that sit somewhat in the back. I was very please with the location and upon pulling up the hotel was really nice. When we walked inside to check in the clerk was very pleasant, greeting us w/ a smile. I was also impressed w/ the lobby area. There was a lounge area with several comfy sitting areas w/a television and electric fireplace. Very warm, welcoming and comfy cozy. This would also be the area where complimentary breakfast would be served. Once checked in we walked to our Suite which was on the first floor (that was nice) I must admit I was pleasantly surprised. The first thing I noticed it was nice and roomy. Sometimes the pics you see when you're booking your reservation on the sites can be deceiving. The Suite included a small living room area, w/pull out couch, King size bed, nice roomy bathroom area, kitchenette area w/cooking area (2 electric eyes for heating pots of foods), microwave, a full refrigerator, dishwasher and a table/island area w/chairs to sit and eat. If I may add I loved sunlight it gets me in a good mood and sets the tone for the day. So, the 2 huge windows letting in the beautiful sunlight was perfect. At some hotels you have just small window w/little to no sunshine. Makes you feel like your in a dark dreary dungeon. So I was very very very impressed as far as the location, lounge area, and Suite. However, breakfast was horried. We were served Dole fruit cups, processed eggs, just gross. Reminded us of cafeteria food. You could tell not one thing was actually made fresh. Everything came from a box.

However, the breakfast was a HUGE HUGE disappointment. It was gross. It reminded me of cafeteria food. There was one waffle maker that was difficult to work for some reason, so ppl had to wait in line, I can not believe Hilton served their guest Dole fruit cups, processed dehydrated eggs. My gkids loved to swim but the pool water was freezing cold. So, they couldn't swim. That was very disappointing. Overall, it was ok. Breakfast and pool situation was a huge disappointment.

The breakfast was very good. The times you could come down and eat breakfast with very good also. I loved the water pressure in the shower. The kitchen was well equipped. The bedrooms were a good size. Having a bathroom with each bedroom was great! It was nice having a TV in each room. The staff was helpful and friendly when we needed blankets, extra towels,washcloths. Nice size refrigerator, and the dishwasher worked well. We were able to bring our dog ,too! My grandson loved the pool!

I didn't like the noise of the air conditioners and we tried to do everything we could to not make it so cold in our rooms so we ended up putting blankets on our beds. On our second night there were people outside and below our window. They were talking very loudly. We complained and they got quiet 5 or 10 minutes then they started back up again.

Liked location near Mall & lots of restaurants.

Asked for late check-out at 11:30am by phone and front desk staff replied with frustration “Check out is already at noon, how late do you want?” I said 12:30 or maybe 12:45pm. He replied with hesitation “okay I can do 12:30pm”. The maid was not notified and knocked on the door at noon. Additionally, my Husband made a trip downstairs to start loading the car with our belongings and our key cards were de-activated at noon. This experience put a damper on our stay.

Good location close to the best shopping if that’s what you’re after.

No view, but it was just for one night for a quick weekend shopping getaway. Could have been a little cleaner and better maintained but it’s not a super new hotel and was no worse than most hotels in the same price range so I can’t complain too much.

The desk person (Shawn)was outstanding. The room was very clean. Lots of personal amenities in the room. The people who checked us out in the morning were also very cordial. Top notch personnel

Since the breakfast ended at 9:00. the day after New Years Eve, I did not rally for the experience. I would have appreciated an extended breakfast since it's mandatory to stay up and celebrate the new year, Some flexibility on this occasion would have been good.

the room was one of the best with 2 of everything and a wonderful fireplace. I have stayed in high-end places and this definitely rates in that category. Also, the automated blinds were amazing! Thanks for a great place to stay!!

I was able to hear people in room above me during the night, which woke me up, so maybe better soundproofing would be of benefit.

Breakfast was excellent- a variety of offerings each day. Location of the property was perfect-central to everything we wanted to do. Room was great and very comfortable.

I asked to have the sheets in the bedroom changed after my friends left on the 2nd day of my stay. It never happened despite asking at check in and calling to request it again on the 2nd day. I was promised by front desk staff that the housekeeping staff were gone for the day and that they would be changed the next day (the 3rd day of my stay) . It never happened.

Property has everything you’d need and want. Perfect location. Suite size and amenities are awesome. Pool was nice for the kids. Will definitely stay again.

Breakfast was less than desirable. A lot of the food was hard and not great. Pool area wasn’t well kept throughout the day, ants all over.

I love the size of the suites and the room was very clean

This is the third time we stayed here and the only thing is the beds are very uncomfortable to the point I asked for a bed topper before we checked in and alls they have are mattress covers. So it didn’t help much but we overlooked it.
