The staff was extremely friendly, from the front desk to the employees that worked the breakfast area. Also, I was bringing in bottles of water & gatorade from the car & the bag I was carrying it in ripped. One of the members from housekeeping saw this & went to get another bag for me. He also helped carry my son's golf bag while I carried mine + my suitcase. We would definitely stay here again. The beds were also extremely comfortable. Thank you for making our short trip enjoyable.

The location was ok, we were on the side of the hotel with the freeway noise, I may ask to be on the opposite side next time, out curtains did not close all the way, but our room was clean and smelled nice and the beds were soft with comfy pillows, which is most definitely taken into consideration. I love the breakfast options/choices much to choose from and the coffee was delicious! We also love the pool too, the water is warm upon entering and the provided towels are a nice touch.

Our in room phone rang at 10:50pm at night, scaring the crap out of my friend.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. A special thank you goes to the housekeeper Mariah she is a super friendly happy lady. I can’t think of anything negative to say about our stay. Would definitely recommend it

Old coffee filter left in machine ...tall mirror by window dirty with people's names written on it , confusing control for heat and cold no instructions for use , sticky head board which I cleaned

The layout of the lobby, breakfast room and facilities were very welcoming. Lovely indoor pool area. Room was very spacious and well appointed. Excellent wifi. Best hotel buffet breakfast I have experienced at a hotel of this level. Great value for money.

Staff members were very helpful and friendly. Very convenient if you choose to go to the Splash Lagoon. Great location - close to downtown shopping area. Breakfast buffet was great too - my kids loved the waffle maker.

Rooms are dated and carpet could be cleaned or replaced.

Very good experience. The staff was super accommodating. I have two very young children, and they seemed to genuinely understand how stressful that can be. They took a lot of that stress away.

Staff were very nice and accommodating. They were available anytime we needed them. Rooms were neat and clean and close to everything

The beds were uncomfortable and they didn't have dryers for clothes had to walk next store and use theirs.

Breakfast was reduced to a bag to go. After the previous nights bad reviews and rest this was the opposite. Nice clean room, nice staff and the pool was refreshing. Close to restaurants and easy on and off highway. Would return.

Motel was under remodeling so should be better next time. Would like to see a full breakfast return.Next to interstate so a little noisy although our room next to pool was quiet all night. Good parking near room.

The breakfast was very good with so many choices. The pool was nice and the location was perfect and central to many of the places that we visited

The first night we needed more towels There were only 2 towels with 4 of us staying but they were very prompt at getting us more towels when we asked.
