The room size was great. Having a corner king size room was amazing, great view. Several different seating areas was very nice, with tables. I would go back again. Sorry we didn't eat there, went to the casino instead. (Three Sister's for breakfast, a buffet $17) although it was offered at the hotel. And next door A&W eatery for lunch. A brunch was also offered on saturday at the hotel, which we did not go to. 😔 We loved the stay 😊👌👍 Mike the manager was very very helpful, our parking fee for the 3 days was taken off the bill. The front desk supervisor Adriana gave me extra points on my account for being a choice hotel member for the Inconveniences we encountered.

The shower door wouldn't stay closed, ( water all over) we figured it out and a blind would not go down. We figured it out. No dressers for clothes, that was different. No microwave in room, but it was one downstairs. Not Convenient.

All room features were in great shape - bed, TV, kitchenette, bathroom. Water pressure in shower was strong & bath towels were large & thick. Very quiet on the floor - no noises coming through the door to disturb. Pool & workout area were in good shape & clean.

Breakfast items did not taste good & were not warm enough. I did not try the waffle mix, but suspect that might have been the best item offered. Coffee tasted good, but not hot enough. We did a grab & go breakfast taking an egg omelette, sausage & egg on English muffin, pre-packaged banana nut muffin & coffee. We did not finish the food choices due to poor taste & not warm enough. On the positive side, the breakfast nook & dining area looked very nice. Although we did not eat our breakfast there, we thought it had good quality materials & appliances, & furniture looked comfortable & clean.

We always like Home 2 Suites because they are reliably excellent facilities - modern with a great kitchenette and sitting area. The bed was very comfortable, and breakfast was better than most. We stayed just one night as a stop on a long car trip. There are a lot of hotels in this area (I'm not sure why), but I would stay here again.

I have always enjoyed the staff (i see the same ones every time i visit. Whether they remember me or not it is nice to know their personalities…especially when it’s late and it helps their night move along better). Breakfast is always on point and always plenty for everyone. Been here during peak travel season and dead of winter so lots of people and very low amount of people. No one is left hungry. Everybody is courteous and very polite.

Normally have very little to no issues. This time i believe both beds (double queen room) had broken springs due to the sloping and being able to feel near the foot of the bed. Was not an issue however and did not affect the overall purpose of mattress.

Great location. Close to restaurants and shopping. The hotel was meticulously clean and the rooms were modern and comfy. Love the kitchenette and the size of the fridge. The staff was super friendly as well. Great hotel for families. Our favourite chain by far!

I have stayed here before. Breakfast was exceptional, as always. The front desk was very friendly and helped us check-in in a timely fashion. In the initial room we booked, the lightbulb in the bathroom was out. Since they did not have maintenance on site for the weekend, they offered to switch us to another room. We took the other room, and it met all our expectations. They did a great job with customer service and satisfaction. We used the exercise facilities and had a great time. I have said it before and I will say it again, this hotel is what all American hotels should be like.

The beds were so comfortable. The best I've had in a hotel. The breakfast was decent, but basic. The staff was so great and friendly.

I have traveled a lot around the world. Usually, American hotels are subpar when compared to hotels offered overseas. Imagine my surprise when I stayed at this hotel! It exceeded my expectations. This hotel is an example of what all hotels in America should be like. Clean, comfortable, spacious, luxurious, and feel like a home away from home. My wife and pets loved it. Everything was very clean. Breakfast was exceptional and very tasty. Extra charges for pet stay were consistent with what I have come to expect in my previous traveling experiences ($75). The beds were very comfortable. Rooms were spacious. Wifi connection and speed was optimal.

Walls are a little thin. I could hear conversations on other floors. Be sure to not make too much noise in your own room, unless you do not mind the neighbors knowing what you are saying and doing. The staff was okay. There was no one at the front desk for the first 5 minutes I arrived for check in. I almost had to go hunt them down. It is my opinion that the front desk should always be attended to. Other than that, the staff was friendly and kind.

Loved the room setup. Places for your luggage, your clothes. Shower was excellent. Wonderful having fridge, utensils dishes and cups. Also enjoyed having a sofa very surprised about pull out table. Almost like being home. Breakfast was outstanding!

Sofa needs a little work. Soap and shampoo dispensers in the shower were very flimsy. Fell apart when I tried to use them.

Very good location .... Nice n clean... having the indoor pool the kids loved that..

Just need to update the furniture in the room.. the couch covers had rips in it.
