The room was very nice. The manager, operations manager, and housekeeping attendants were very pleasant.

Breakfast was good, but it was so full every morning that there was nowhere to sit, and the selection was limited due to the number of people and things not being restocked quickly enough. A breakfast attendant yelled at me for asking for spoons and embarrassed me in front of everyone. I asked how often my room would be touched up and restocked and was told by housekeeping it would be done every day. When it wasn't done after our first night, I asked the front desk, and they told me every other day. When no one attended to our room on the third day I asked someone at the front desk and she rolled her eyes and asked me if I had requested that they come to my room and I explained that i was told it would be taken care of.

David was at the front desk and he was absolutely professional and courteous. We went to the casino for some evening entertainment late night snacks were available anytime at Sheetz right across the parking lot. They had pretty much anything you would want for a late night snack so all in all it was a great stay.

A self serve breakfast was offered, and the food was good. The rooms were clean.

There was an odd smell in the elevator lobby, almost like a cleaner mixed with mildew odor. We paid for a late check out, yet the housekeeping staff walked right into our room that morning, assuming we had checked out. The shower was so small, it had no shelving to place any personal items. There was a small ledge that literally could only hold a bar of soap, and not one item more. I had to hold my razor and washcloth the entire time, while my shampoo & conditioner were placed on the floor.

The price was very good, the breakfast was amazing! It was right next door to a Sheetz and across the street from the casino! Everyone was very nice and helpful!

The beds weren’t very comfortable, we woke the first morning with back aches and shoulders and hips hurting! We asked for extra pillows to try to make it more comfortable! The bed skirts are filthy, i know you can’t and don’t change them to often , honestly i would get rid of them all together! The rooms aren’t very soundproof, we could hear the people next door talking as if they were in our room!

Bed is very comfortable. I travel alone and I stay for a week. I feel so safe. The door has door lock and the glass window has the lock that prevent to fully open the window if someone has intention to break in. The Hotel is very quiet. The room is being clean at 2 times a day. The breakfast is good but I wish they alternate the items. For the 7 days stay, I notice fried egg, sausage and ham. Sausage and Ham is not my type of breakfast. The front desk is so helpful too.

Nothing.

I didn’t like that I called for extra pillow and coffee…waited over an hour, no one came. The next morning I called and asked for extra coffee/cream/sugar and I was told housekeeping should be in the hallway or I could come down to get it…I didn’t feel that I should have to go down to get something. Also, there was no soap in the room! Figured I’d have to go down to get it so I didn’t bother!

Updated room with modern wall a/c controls for the unit. Walk in shower with glass doors. Dove soap and shampoo amenities. Comfortable chair and ottoman and a lamp behind it so I could read.

While there were plenty of towel exchanges and general cleaning, the bed linen was not changed during my 6 night stay.

Size of room was great. I loved having all the sesting. The double curtains were a nice feature for privacy, and having the lighter shade brought in light,but maintained privacy. I liked walk in shower, much safer than in and out of tub.

No kleenex box, someone with allergies needs tissues. Horizontal handrail against shower wall would be nice for seniors. We had do not disturb sign hung up, but appears our bed was made while we were out.

Everything's good especially the cookies I especially like that the casino was right across the street

Only thing I didn't like was the tallest being so low yeah I think of a 6'7 people but honestly I normally would get a handicap room and I think those thoughts are much higher but management made sure I have bar rails of cheer in my room for the shower it went out their way to help me and give me a bigger room since they didn't have no handicap rooms available and I really appreciate that thank you so so much I didn't have to do that

Breakfast was excellent. The food bar, tables and floor were very clean. Very good selection of food items and continuously stocked. Coffee was very good. Room was very clean and surprisingly spacious, the TV worked well, and the A/C was perfect. Cleaning staff were very pleasant and really seemed to enjoy their job. What a refreshing change from what I've routinely seen at other motels. This building and grounds were very well maintained and reflected pride in ownership. Excellent location and convenient to major highways and extensive shopping. I also appreciated the military discount.

Nothing could have been better.
