Breakfast was very good, well stocked and varied. The two women who provided our meals during the week were so friendly, hard working and pleasant . The staff in all parts of the hotel we interacted with were friendly and helpful. Laura from the front desk made us feel so welcome and greeted us every day. She is such an enthusiastic and caring person. She made a great first impression of the hotel, and we kept that feeling all week.

We have no complaints about any part of our stay. We slept well ,it was quiet, and we enjoyed our week . We cooked a little in our room and loved having the larger refrigerator. We look forward to next year's vacation there.

Children under 12 should not be permitted to touch EVERYTHING at the breakfast counters. Please, please, PLEASE enforce this to reduce the risk of communical disease from poor hand hygiene, not to mention the incredible amount of food waste incurred by children taking things they will not eat. I won't even get into the number young children running around the dining room and in/out of the doors leading to the courtyard (stepped on a couple of little feet, had a few doors slam in my face) You can't control the children, but you can insist that their parents actually do. This is the only reason I would not stay here again.

Worked very early, missed breakfast. I can make a suggestion!? Instead of having leftover food going bad, why not offering a prepacked paper bag, or box with fruits, apple, banana, bagel, cream cheese, 1 boiled egg. Just saying, I could use some of that at 4:30am.

The bed frame has on the side some ears to keep mattress in place, but they are sharp. Going to bathroom I scratched my left leg above the ankle. I have pictures to show, just fix the problem.

Young children running loose in the dining room and touching every item with dirty hands. Children under 16 SHOULD NOT be allowed to touch food. Unhygienic and gross. Also, people leaving the BBQ filthy after use and not turning off the propane tanks! So dangerous from both hygienic and fire safety standards. Please, please do something about these two issues.

The kitchenette and full size refrigerator. Breakfast starts early at 6 am. Good selection of breakfast foods. Fresh milk for coffee in the lobby. Room was quiet and convenient. Friendly staff.

Hotel is a bit hard to find tugged in behind other hotels in back of shopping mall. Still was a good location for me visiting Presque isle SP.

Good breakfast, and the location close to I79, is great.

The frame for the bed has a piece of metal as a support that has a sharp edge. And when I went to bathroom after dinner I touched it with my left leg, above the ankle, and I had a cut.

I loved how it was close to shopping and grocery stores and only 10 minutes to main attractions. I also loved how it was quiet and not noisy.

The beds were a little uncomfortable and the burner on our stove took awhile to heat up.

The staff! The room! The breakfast! The staff we encountered were all WONDERFUL!!! They all went above and beyond!

The shower head had a piece that didn’t work correctly, that could use some updating.

Everything was great. All minor issues were corrected. Staff was A1. Shout out to Sarah with an H!!! She's the best. It's definitely a place to stay if you're looking for a home away from home.

Nothing to complain about.

The courtyard is beautiful and my husband was thrilled that they have grills available for guests to use.
