I've had a couple of bad experiences with cheap hotels, mainly with cleanliness and rude staff. This hotel was great; the room was clean and really spacious, it was quiet, the staff was so helpful and friendly, and the fact that they offered included breakfast is nice. The microwave in the room was very helpful. I want to highlight the great customer service. I thought I lost my charger in the room, and the man at the front desk brought me to the room and helped me look for it, going as far as checking all the drawers behind the front desk as well. I appreciate him going above and beyond!

Location was reasonably clean and easy to get to as it's just off I90.

1 - It is older and somewhat outdated. 2 - While it's still to chilly to use the pool. That being said, the pool is shared by another motel and is a bit of a walk. 3 - Piiows are essentially for four throw pillows on a king bed and two guests. 4 - The breakfast offerings are very limited. Bread, one or two types of bagels depending on day. Raisin Bran and Frosted Flakes. Two selections of yogurt. Coffee, Tea, Orange, Apple, or Cranberry Juice are available all day. Very carb heavy for a diabetic.

Lobby was clean, and the staff were friendly, and the check-in process was smooth. My room was clean, the bathroom was clean, and the AC unit worked good. The bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was adequate.

The shower head is situated rather low...you almost have to squat a little to get fully under it, and the fixture with the pipes stuck out a bit. Would of been nice to have a little more breakfast options.....I was really looking forward to having the malt waffles, but didn't realize there weren't any available here.

Close to everything we needed to do. Comfortable and clean. The only issue was we asked for room cleaning in the morning and we came back to clean up around 3pm and that’s when the cleaning lady came and we asked her to come back in an hour when we left. She said ok and never came back. We got new towels from the front desk that evening

It worked for the one night we stayed and the pool and the restaurant next was good! The staff at the bar were really kind!

I ordered a smoking room so we didn’t have to go outside! I get things happen but the guy who checked us just go outside there was nothing he could do , he was just a little rude about it

Breakfast was available early so we could get on the road sooner than expected.

I noticed there were no garbage bins outside in case travellers have any garbage from their cars they want to dispose of before carrying on with there trip. Not sure why as most facilities we stay in on our trips have outside garbage cans.

Jay Pazekh was the most pleasant employee I have ever met very friendly and goes above and beyond his job greets you ever time you come in always smiling and I also noticed he helps with house keeping very valuable employee to your business

Everything is great

Room was clean, spacious, cameras monitor parking lot, hallways so felt safe. Staff very good - I was able to check in early at 2:30 and get ready for 4 pm meeting.

Email message changed check in from 3pm to 4pm which did not work for me. I thought I was going to have to change motels!

It was clean and the staff were friendly anything we needed we received.

The elevator lol we looked at eachother crazy everytime we got on it could use a update to it. And the swimming pool water was clean as in clear but it could have used a skim bugs and leafs floating on top.

Very convenient during our road trip. Room was clean and beds were clean.

Rooms were clean but in need of updating. Elevator was also in need of updating. Breakfast choices weren’t very good, cereal, bread, yoghurt.
