The rooms were excellent, the first room I was in heater went out in it so I was moved to another room that one was excellent also it had a new heater, I was totally impressed by the helpers, I believe there were six or seven shoveled me out of the parking space due to the snow issues, they were remarkable, this is my second time at the comfort inn and I will come again and tell others, the girl at the service desk is exceptional she was so helpful in every way she deserves a raise in pay 🥴

The only thing I have to say that I don't like is the coffee, it has a strange taste, I have a Keurig that I brought in

We loved the location, the rooms were clean and very comfortable. The staff were amazing and friendly. Even though we did not use the pool , it looked very clean and welcoming. The breakfast was delicious.

Unfortunately I had to give a less than satisfactory response ONLY because we did not have any hot water. There was an issue with the pilot light. But if we would have had hot water, the score would have been 100%. The staff was highly apologetic and professional. I felt bad for them because other guests were reading them the riot act becuse of the water issue. But they kept smiles on their faces and took it in stride.

Everything was wonderful. Have stayed there for 16 years except for a few years could not get reservation because I did not call ahead early enough. (My fault for sure.) Love the area for fishing.

I know a lot of hotels since Covid have not had maid service for several years and really not a problem. But in a bathroom with no vent the towels are just almost as wet the second day after you have dried of from the day before. After our third night using the same towels I went to the desk and exchanged or wet ones for dry ones.

We stayed the night of the eclipse. The staff were upbeat and friendly. Breakfast exceeded expectations...scrambled eggs, sausage links and patties were freshly cooked and tasty. Despite the crowd the person in charge of breakfast kept everything stocked and clean. Special call out to the woman at reception who answered the phone and answered my questions a month (and a week) before my arrival. VERY upbeat, friendly, and HELPFUL.

Prices were pretty steep, but fair considering the crowd they had for the eclipse.

This location is good! In town, so not in the congested area on upper Peach/ Interchange Rd. Minutes from anywhere in town, so the stay here is convenient to most locations in town. Hot breakfast provided as well. Scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles, gravy w/biscuits! Coffee and morning drinks as well! So you should consider this place when traveling to Erie. Quiet part of town as well! Also, on the artery RT 5 connecting to I79 and the Bayfront Hwy as well. You won't be disappointed!

I liked how friendly the lady was at the front desk was. There was a problem with our booking from booking.com so she was able to fix the problem right away. She even told us to call the hotel the next time we stay because this is a common problem with using third party booking.

The blanket on the bed had someone else's hair on it :( there were long dark hair strands and I have light blond hair. That really grossed me out. I dont really understand why most hotels don't change the top comforter after every guest's stay. I know it is a lot of laundry but this is the main reason I really do not like staying in hotels.

Location is great for us, it’s close to the bay and seems like a good neighborhood

Everything was great, has been for years, we enjoy it there and it’s very clean and comfortable sleeping! Only thing I would like to see, Is maybe have more Electic hook ups for boats for the fisherman and a few more picnic tables behind the hook ups and make other guest aware that boaters need more room or space to get in and out of the parking lot. Maybe extend the parking lot out further to the back of the property by the tree line to give you more room to pull In and pull out. Other than that, It’s perfect

the breakfast was nice for a continental breakfast... one thing we noticed is that another toaster should be provided. People were waiting in line for their items to be toasted. Also, the room we stayed in didnt have any mirrors other than the bathroom mirror. It would be nice to have one outside of the bathroom so another person can use it to get ready, etc. The housekeeper was a sweetheart. The pool was nice and clean !

Nice and quiet, we like the no pets policy.

Having a 3.pm check in, there was a line of 10 to 12 people waiting to check in at 3 pm. We went for a drive around the peninsular and came back at 4pm. Allowing people to check in earlier. Would prevent a long line.

The pool closes a little too early especially on the 4th of July , it would've been nice to swim till 10-11:00 , had nice warm nights, no place to sit and enjoy after pool was locked up. A nice sitting area outside the pool area would even be nice.
