The room itself was an incredible deal - my kids each got a bed to sleep in. The fridge had a freezer which was helpful for the small amount of groceries we did get for the few nights we stayed. The room was nice and clean. Everything was comfortable - the staff do an amazing job at this location!

The location - we constantly heard sirens and the train. The dish network wasn’t working very well with the little time we did watch tv.

We like that it is pet friendly and there wasn’t an extra fee. It is close to many attractions, has plenty of parking, and the check in staff member was super nice! Room was clean and spacious. Has a very nice pet area. Beds were very comfortable with a lot of pillows.

The bathroom was a very nice large size, but the sink was a stand alone and had no counter space near it. There are a lot of sirens from emergency vehicles at all hours.

Everything was within 15 mins away it seemed. I was shocked the tv had streaming services and the mini fridge had a freezer! Usually hotels don’t offer those items. The bed was incredibly cozy! My family will be going back next time we’re in Erie

I wish there was a breakfast bar of some kind even if it was just bagels and muffins or something that’s the only thing I could say to improve.

I loved that it was close to all my areas I wanted to visit. It was 4 mins from downtown I went there for the celebrating Erie festival. So close to most of the attractions. The double locks on doors made me feel safe. And the suite had 3 queen size beds a kitchenette which they provided pots and pans.

I hotel was pretty much clean but there was hair on the floor and bathroom. A couple things were broken but it didn’t ruin our stay. Also the area was a little sketchy but we were usually back before dark.

If you want to stay in town and not pay lakefront prices, this is a great place. Newly renovated, with easy parking. A five-minute drive from the lakefront and just a few minutes from downtown. We got a suite with three beds (one bathroom) for what I would expect to pay for a room with two queens.

Not a great place for an evening walk, but just a five-minute drive from lakeside walks.

The front desk staff were outstanding. They were more than happy to help and very friendly and were fast with helping customers in line. The rooms were very comfortable and secure.

The only minor complaint that I could possibly come up with is that the parking lot and exterior had some litter and didn't look very kept up with. That gave me an unfortunate first impression which was quickly changed by the exceptional customer service.

Clean bedding,I guess when booking I didn’t know it would be two kinda separate rooms. Nice surprise and a kitchenette. I don’t think the wordage was clear on that, if we had know we would have been able to bring more food items.

A hook or two in bathroom to hang stuff when showering . There were tiny ants on floor near toilet, for some reason. A mirror in the staying quarters, so others could still get ready if someone is in the shower room.

The front desk workers really helped with every question and problem I had!! And I had a lot of questions. It was the first time me and my family have been out in about in a very long time!! Thank you

Everything was good! Appreciate all you did! Kids had a blast and that was the main goal!!

Large clean room. Excellent value. Easy check-in with friendly staff. Very dog-friendly facility. Lots of parking; short drive to all the activities we had scheduled.

Very quiet area except for the occasional emergency vehicle (there must be a station nearby) and train passing by. This did not bother our family at all - just a brief mention for others who may wish to be aware.

Value was Great. Pet Friendly option without extra fees was what sold us. Cleanliness and comfort of the room was good. Location was convenient to many downtown attractions.

Cleanliness of parking lot and common hallway/elevator area was not very good. Location didn't feel the safest but we managed.
