The location was phenomenal, The breakfast was very good The hotel shop Even had a small oven and things such as frozen dinners and frozen pizzas for a reasonable price, mind you I had a handicap room however it was enormous even for a handicap room everything was exceptionally clean there were two rooms to sleep in two TVs The view of lake Erie was incredible I watched the sunrise over it and it was right beside hamot where I needed to go. Oh yeah the staff was extremely pleasant and professional, additionally there was a hotel bar which I'm not used to seeing. Hot tub swimming pool outdoor firepit... So on.

I had zero complaints My wife thought the bed was a little firm but that was her only negative comment

Floyd at reception was both professional and helpful bless him. He made our first time at the hotel feel very welcoming. The view was lovely, the TV had a working remote and the bathroom was spotless. Everything was Disability accessible. Unfortunately I did not get the time to sample the pool due to my schedule but certainly next time. Will certainly be making a return visit when I'm next in Erie.

Unfortunately the complimentary breakfast eggs very synthetic. The toast, cereal and very hot coffee were wonderful especially with the fresh fruit.

The location was GREAT and I'd have to say the value (despite some complaints) was also great. I think they upgraded the lobby and breakfast area... VERY NICE! We have stayed here and the one in Harborcreek (?sp) several times and will return despite some complaints.

In regards to the room.... the hotel needs to invest in new sheets and pillows. The sheets were too small for the bed and forever came untucked. The pillows were LUMPY. Would recommend better quality toilet paper (theirs was like sand paper.) We forgot our wine opener... asked to use theirs... said they didn't have one...even though there was a bar! I could understand if they didn't want to lend one out, but they could have said to bring the wine there and they would open it for us.

The staff was friendly, helpful, and professional. We stayed in a king room on the second floor. Our room was clean and comfortable. We didn't end up using the indoor pool and hot tub this visit, but they looked clean and inviting. They provide a nice continental breakfast and offer bar service in the evenings. The location was great for visiting Presque Isle, the Bicentennial Tower, and local restaurants and pubs. Parking was free and on-site. We will definitely stay again at this hotel.

The location was amazing! Our son goes to Mercyhurst and it was within 10 minutes of everywhere we needed to go and wanted to do. Breakfast was pretty good as well. Staff was AMAZING! From check in to check out!

The value. We had two rooms, one king one double queen yet both rooms cost the same. But I'm sure location of the hotel was more the reason. My husband hated the light as it never turned green. You just sit for the most part.

We were upgraded to an extended stay suite to accommodate my wife's mobility needs. We are grateful for that. Breakfast was the hotel usual with one or two surprises like sliced kielbasa on Sunday morning. The Cobblestone sits right on the Erie bayfront and close to everything.

The bedding and furniture are getting a bit tired. Couch in the living room has lost its spring support. Like the Avalon Erie, the Cobblestone is being managed by.people more interested in taking what they can get out of the place rather than investing some back to provide a quality stay for guests. But that is happening with hotels all ovee this country. It is tragic to see once lovely accommodations falling into disrepair.

The Staff was amazing a gentleman named Donnie and a woman named Miranda…They both treated us great and were super awesome with my son! Our first room had a problem with the toilet and they were absolutely amazing about getting our room switched and helping in anyway they could to transfer our bags to the next! They always greeted us with a smile on their face and always made the stay comfortable!

The beds were a little uncomfortable (but everyone likes their beds differently) also i wish there was a little more to choose from for breakfast but nothing that would make me never stay again! all around a great experience.

We stayed the night before the eclipse. We checked out before the eclipse itself, but the hotel put together so many nice things for anyone who stayed. There were little snacks and eclipse glasses in the rooms and live music for the day of. When I first booked a few months ago, I did request two rooms close together if possible but due to the high volume of guests during this event, I assumed that would be unlikely. However when we checked in, they confirmed they were able to give us rooms next to each other as requested. Although check in was 3 or later, one of our rooks was not ready until closer to 3:30 and we did see some other rooms that were still being cleaned at 4. Still, we could see that the housekeeping staff was trying to work as fast as possible and the delay was likely due to the high volume of guests for the eclipse.

The breakfast wasn't great, but pretty standard for an included hotel breakfast. The mattresses were not very comfortable.

This is our third time staying here. It's very convenient to everything that we like. We like that we can walk across the street to the restaurant bar and the marina. We like the fact that it's dog friendly if we choose to take our pets like the fact that has a swimming pool and it jacuzzi inside. But the jacuzzi still isn't working and it's been a year ago so that was very disappointing as well as the swimming pool that someone had did stuff in and it was shut down and only opened up 2 days of our stay but they did gave us a discount. The breakfast that is complementary is very nice as well but they ran out of supplies and food. They did not prepare well.

Breakfast was good although day after the holiday weekend, they were out of several items eg yoghurt, milk, fruit. Room was very comfortable and clean Great bed with variety of pillow types. Bit of a musty odour in room and hall but not too bad. Front desk staff member with dreds was very welcoming and friendly. EXCELLENT LOCATION.

Nothing. Would stay there again Good value for the price.
