Comfortable, very clean, great location.

At check- in I was told the $16.00 for parking was good for 24 hours. I planned my trip around that. I checked -out at 11:00 am. My parking should have been good until 2:00pm since that was 24 hours after my arrival. Lady at front desk said as soon as I checked out that the parking pass would expire which would have cost me an additional $30.00 to stay until 2.00. Not acceptable! The bathroom body wash was empty. At the restaurant the waitress argued with me about getting blackened chicken on my salad stated they couldn't do it when I'd gotten it there the night before. It's the little things that make the difference. Especially after paying $569.00 for a room.

The clubhouse was amazing, the rooms were perfect and the breakfast attendant was super sweet and helpful.

The front desk staff was super rude and off-putting the whole time we were there. We felt unwelcome the whole time while downstairs

Loved the bay view king room on the 6th floor. Waking up to the bay right outside the window was awesome. Bed was comfortable and the pillows felt like a cloud. The soap and lotion in the bathroom smelled amazing. The restaurant on property had phenomenal food and beverage. I work at a luxury resort and that food was on par. Loved that the room was set up in a way where it was aesthetically pleasing and hid all the things like the refrigerator and safe in easy to reach places. There was a loud situation in the hall around 3 am that seemed to be handled promptly by what I think was the staff based on what I could hear. Everyone we encountered was friendly and always acknowledged you. The location is awesome and we easily accessed the convention center since it's connected.

Microwave is in the room in the hall with the ice maker which is different than I'm used to. Not the most convenient. Shower soap holder had a broken wire. Bathroom could've been cleaner.

Great views of the bay. Nice room with a super restaurant with outside dining at reasonable pricing.

Securing this room through booking.com was problematic because it included a breakfast and dinner package. The front desk really didn’t want to provide a dinner coupon; they frowned at it; and, ended up putting us on the 8th floor where a general area was for a limited menu of food for a few hours to those there. Overall not all that appealing for the increased cost. Would NOT recommend booking it that way as there was lots of confusion.

Very clean and spacious. All of the staff is quick to make you feel at home and answer questions. Also, the lounge available is very nice and comfortable. The location is beautiful if you have a room with a view.

If you would like a view, choose the "club level." Otherwise, you will not be able to see anything at all out of your window. This upset me as this was our winter vacation. The hotel was nowhere near a quarter full, and we felt they could have given us a room with a better view, even on the 3rd level. Also, be ready to walk and pay for parking. Do not pay ahead for parking as I did. I ended up paying for three days, and then the hotel charged me for two more when we were only there from Friday night and checked out Monday.

The view was amazing. The room was very clean and very comfortable. The service upon check-in and check out was amazing as was the service in the restaurant. The food in the restaurant was delicious as well

The light in the bathroom was very dim. So much so that I was actually unable to properly apply my makeup and had to set up a makeshift 'vanity table' using the desk by the window. While the bathroom was beautifully appointed the light needs to be brighter. A reading light would have been a nice addition. I know most people use e-readers nowadays but I still like to read actual books and magazines and the lights were not in an optimum position for this unless I was actually sitting at the desk. I ended up turning the chair around so that the bedside light was behind my shoulder and illuminated my book.

we didn't arrive at the hotel until shortly before 10:00 p.m. on Sunday night and we're pretty famished after flying from California .Found out the only way we could order something to eat was in the bar through room service.Fun to find out that the partygoers in the bar were part of the Teddy Swims crew!🎉🎈 We missed breakfast - I think breakfast stopped at 9:30 or 10:00. So we went off site to find some

Wished that there might have been a pool. If there was, we never found it.

The room was clean and the staff were friendly and efficient. The room was quiet and the bed very comfortable. The view was lovely.

I had booked a king but was given 2 queens instead. No explanation was offered. The shower was very narrow and had a very high step in. My husband is disabled and this proved difficult for him. In the king room the step is very minimal which is why I booked a king. Had I known that I was being changed to 2 queens I would have booked handicapped accessible.

Extremely comfortable and clean. Staff was great and the location was wonderful.

Two45 was a bit overpriced and was sub-par compared to the amazing restaurants nearby.

We love this hotel and now after the renovation we love it more. Great location walkable distance to restaurants.

The bathroom doors as before are awkward French doors. The floor of the bathroom could have been cleaner. This hotel used to offer free coffee in the lobby area, you now have to pay for it. I booked a room with a king bed, however our room had a queen size.
