The facility was great . They seemed happy to help . The rooms were nice and clean. Water and water pressure was great

No bathtubs . I specifically went to this hotel and ordered a room that said it had a bathtub but unfortunately when we gotten there , no bathtub . We called front desk and there were no rooms with tubs . Our window view was the water park that they have . No outside view. I had to keep my curtains closed or else everyone could see in our room . It was pretty loud sometimes due to the echo of the water park and kids running around . These are little problems though . Was not a bad stay just wished they warned us about these things

Loved the hot tub/pool area...it was beautiful. The hot tub jets need work, only the 3 in the back worked. But the room with the pool and hot tub was gorgeous. I brought my husband for his 65th birthday to celebrate in the hot tub, but only a few jers were working. The room was good, the ice was close by. I liked it there so much I booked a night in Feb for my sons honeymoon night, since they are older (40's)and weren't planning a honeymoon right away, They were ecstatic! I hope they enjoy it!

I absolutely love this hotel. Country Inns & Suites has been my favorite bc it's a very convenient location. It's by all the shopping centers, grocery stores, recreational activities, very good complimentary breakfast, and the indoor pool is perfect, not freezing cold and looks like an oasis. The kids love it! When traveling to Erie PA, I always check Country Inn & Suites to see availability first.

Honestly, I wish they would update their rooms. Make them bigger more like an actual suite w/a small kitchenette. Other than that no other issues.

We enjoyed the breakfast and pool

After receiving notice to put towels and garbage in the hallway- when asked front desk for fresh towels, I was asked where our other towels were after explaining - observed staff not happy to have to give towels . Also, is there a reason why there are no pool towels? For how much we paid for the room, I was surprised with the size of the room, but how there was no maid service until the 3rd day - and my family being questioned why my family needed fresh towels.

The cleanliness of this hotel was comforting. I was very pleased that I didn’t have to worry about that. The breakfast was fantastic! Overall a great place to stay.

The staff at the front desk could have been a little nicer. I don’t know if it was just an off day for them but I was standing in line to return my key and a guest in front of me was talking to the staff and he just seemed very dismissive.

Staff were friendly and gave us directions to an awesome state park as we were too early for checking in. Breakfast was good. Room was very comfortable.

Lighting could be better. Possibly needing a change in bulbs over the sink and better Lighting around

It was great except that bacon not sausage would have been better. I also didn’t see any tea . Their also were some guests that were taking food that we knew they wouldn’t eat and then would come back and get more. Some workers saw this and I am sure they didn’t know what to say . But it was blattenly noticeable. It wasn’t right.

More lighting in the parking lot. I also didn’t like the fact that you don’t tidy the rooms each day. I am sorry but if we stay more then a day then our rooms should be tidied and beds made. The price doesn’t go down so we should expect tge same care that we use to get. The price we pay hasn’t gone down at all it only has increased .

The staff on my floor were helpful and very friendly actually the better part of my stay

I love dogs I have a little blind shut Tzu but the size of some of those coming in were massive I board mine another cost for me to visit. I know they are supposed to be support dogs but should be on same floor I travel a lot I do think you are to expensive and I did make another reservation for March I really don't get to use the pool the exercise room and the breakfast but the coffee bar in the lobby is a great ideal and I loved it

Loved the free breakfast, the room was huge and it was close to everything.

The man coming into our room this morning ingredient without knocking. He just came right in at 9am. He had something on like a tool belt but the fact he didn't announce or ask..he just walked in. That's scary

Great location close to everything, awesome pool and hot tub area. Rooms are nice and comfortable! Would definitely return!

I wish the pool had like later hours for adults only. Being so close to splash lagoon when the park closes all the kids come and invade the pool area!
