Clean, very comfortable. Great mattress, pillows, bedding. Room was very clean. Morning staff was friendly.

The staff person had a difficult person before us so we believe he was getting instructions from Corporate. We waited a long time to check in. Since he was still on the phone our check in was very off. He did not say what room we were in. We were on the 4th floor and had to come back to get the cards activated. Very polite person, handled the guest with card maxed out very well, but he was rattled and still with copoate by the time he got to us. The lobby and breakfast furniture is trendy but uncomfortable. Feels a bit like a pre- school environment. We know the staff incident was an unexpected thing, we were thrilled with comfort and cleanliness for the price.

We've stayed here before because the location is excellent - right off of Peach St., the main street for shopping and restaurants as well as the highway. The hotel offers a free breakfast that consists of both hot and cold. There were lots of breakfast options which was great to see like - waffles, scrambled eggs, ham, bacon, cereals (hot & cold), yogurts, toast, bagels, english muffins, coffee, etc.. The staff was very friendly and helpful despite being short staffed.

We didn't get enough towels or toilet paper, but that was easily resolved by asking for more. The fridge had been removed since our last visit to the Hotel as it's great to have to keep your drinks and/or food cold. That being said, we didn't inquire if we just had to request or pay extra for it.

The staff was amazing,from the supervisor, housekeepers and especially the girl at the front desk. The rooms were great other than a bunch of kids jumping up above me... but that is understandable at family hotle...I definitely would plan another trip to this hotle even with the little flaws it had all because of the wonderful staff that it has. They make you feel wanted at their establishment.

The pool area is small to be a family hotle knwoing kids love the pool and that why familys pick it, and water is freezing and doesn't seem that clean. The breakfast needs and upgrade. I stayed at quite a few hotles, and this breakfast is probably 2nd to last on my list out of 10 different hotles....kids liked the waffle, but with only one maker, it took forever because that's all the kids wanted to eat even adults because the other options were like school breakfast and not that great.

Lovely and helpful staff when I checked in (she has rainbow coloured hair I didn’t her her name) she was amazing! she gave lots of food recommendations and details about the property. The room was clean and updated. I liked the soap and shampoo that was given in our room. Great location to the hwy and splash lagoon

Unfortunately the breakfast wasn’t too great. The staff member did try her best to keep everything replenished however running out of syrup when you are primary only giving breakfast products that require it is hard.

very well kept hotel. clean and comfy and decor was pleasing too. hot breakfast with eggs and waffles each day. nice coffee. Pool was good too. staff were very friendly. Abby was great, she was so enthusiastic, always smiling and went out of her way to locate our misplaced uber eats meal. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely recommend it to travelers from all walks of life. Will visit again if needed.

Pool water was cold. could've been a little warmer since it is winter.

Queen size beds were nice. Room was large and comfortable with 3 small children. Children loved the pool. Did not hear any outside noise. Rooms were quiet.

Mattress on pull out couch was dirty and in poor shape. Had to go to lobby to retrieve bedding to make up for the children. Trash under the pull out when opened. Shower had a lot of soap scum build up.

Nice clean efficient hotel. Nothing fancy but definitely served all our needs, was very clean, breakfast was basic but filling enough to start the day. Coffee available all the time was a nice perk

Breakfast was underwhelming. No hot food. Coffee was good.

The staff was busy with personal calls when approached for check in and check out. Two different individuals. When we checked in, we were given a room that had not been serviced.

Location was perfect for where I had to go as well as being close to restaurants. The breakfast a was alright I prefer real eggs or even scrambled that are made round to make an English muffin sandwich and of course any good English muffin is better with provolone or munster cheese. As well as some Hashbrowns make a very good choice for breakfast.

Make parking spaces a little wider. I have a full size truck and parking in the spots provided was a little tight when someone was parked next to my vehicle even when I would park next to the curb as tight as I could

Breakfast was very good. Liked how it was its own room, separate from the 'front' Walk in shower was great for my mother who has mobility issues and that the front desk was very accommodating to the lack of communication from the 3rd party website I used

Bigger/better pillows. They were very small. The front drive for checkin ends in a very eroded gravel turn around. I'm assuming this will be fixed as it looked like it was new pavement. Having it connected to the parking in the back of the building would be great as when I was checking in, I had to wait for the next person to come move their car before I could leave
