Brand new modern hotel: light wood, well lit hallways, great lighting fixtures and very clean, Location is excellent for wineries, close to Geneva itself. 20 minutes to Geneva on the Lake (though now mostly closed for the season... Of course, right near SPIRE. Great breakfast. And the suite had a wonderful kitchenette: 2 burner stove, small dishwasher, apt size fridge, coffee maker, pots pans etc etc

A small point. Just fyi. The bedroom itself is small: A king bed, desk, end tables, modern sofa and ottoman. The bathroom is roomy, as is the closet (with doors and an automatic light!) Not room for a lot of luggage. It was perfect for us however. Note: Area isn't too developed yet. There is a Starbucks on the corner, a good local restaurant and a few fast food spots.

The room with the king bed and kitchenette was great. Not big, but very cozy. The size was perfect for my wife and I to enjoy each other without getting in each others way. The bathroom was very nice, a great sized shower, plenty of room to get dressed in.

The only bad thing I could say is the cleaning crew missed the microwave. It wasn't gross, but it did need wiped down before we used it. Other than that, everything was clean and tidy.

Breakfast was very good. There was a good variety to choose from. The staff and management were courteous and helpful.

We were registered by a new woman who put us in a small room. Marissa, Morgan, or one of the veterans usually register us with a room that is comfortable. I could not understand why we were in a small room (Room no. 220) when the hotel did not seem very full. Despite the size of the room, it was clean and met our needs.

It was quiet. No highway noise at all, even though near Interstate 90. The room looked out on a band of trees. The staff were available 24 hours/day and very nice. The room itself was quietly decorated in gray and white, tasteful and restful. Everything was clean and there was no odor of air freshener nor cleaning chemicals, which we appreciated. I would recommend this motel to others., though we did not need most of the amenities that would have made the price more reasonable (kitchenette, extra bed, breakfast).

MInor points: We left too early for breakfast. Would have liked more coffee in the room, but it had not been restocked for the little coffeemaker. Didn't discover this until the early morning. Whatever had been used to clean the floor left a sticky residue, so walking in bare feet from bed to bathroom was out of the question.

We loved outstay here. Everything from the free breakfast in the morning to the pool. We loved the kitchenette that we could cook and keep food. We didn't have to go out and go to fast food places. We actually had one nice night by the little gas fire pit talking to others staying in the hotel too. We had an amazing three night stay!!

The hot breakfast was good and the beds were very comfortable and the bedding was nice. Fantastic shower! 👌The TV screen had a welcome message with my name on it , nice touch. The staff was great.

Nothing really , except I wish there were a few more fire pits 😏 Every time we went out to sit by the fire there were other people and it was just akward 😏

Beautiful spacious room with walk in disability shower.

The beds were too low to the floor making it difficult to get out of bed. The pool was not open during our visit with no explanation. That is one reason we booked this hotel so it was very disappointing.

It was new, clean, contemporary and very comfortable. Especially loved the proximity to long hiking trail, right from the property. There was a proliferation of nice eateries withing a 5-10 minute drive.

Towels in pool area were in short supply and would have liked having them available.

This hotel was beautiful and clean and the staff was amazing. The room was spacious and well stocked! I booked this for a staycation for my boyfriend and I. It was close to our destination for the weekend. We loved it and will be back.

This is a very new location with great rooms and rates. It had a lovely little kitchenette with a dishwasher. Great location close to food and the beaches. Will definitely stay here again. Breakfast options were good as well.
