The room was very clean and spacious and so was the bathroom. There was plenty of countertop space in the bathroom for our own toiletries. The bed was very comfortable with plenty of pillows. They have a 24h hot beverage station in the lobby, which we liked. You could also make coffee or hot tea in the room, which is a nice feature as well as having a microwave and a refrigerator in the room. The lobby and breakfast area have a lovely, contemporary decor. The staff was very courteous and friendly. They accommodated my request to have a room away from the elevators. Any staff member, we encountered in the hallways, said hello to us and wished us a nice day. I was particularly impressed with a young man (a staff member) who when leaving the elevator wished us to have a blessed day. That was especially nice and we really liked it. The pool area was nice as well but we didn’t use it and neither the gym since we stayed there only for one night. The hotel is conveniently located close to the freeway. Despite that, our room was pretty quiet.

The water in the bathroom sink was not draining fast enough but that was a minor issue. I did mention it to the receptionist in the morning when we were checking out and she said that they would take care of it. The breakfast was typical for the most hotels in this country; a lot of carbohydrates, which we try to avoid. They also had scrambled eggs, fruit and yogurt, which was good but more healthier choices would be welcome. Also, I would like a wider selection of teas like some fruit flavors.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast had a lot of great choices! Even hot items! The location was good for where I needed to go and things I needed to do. The pool area and the exercise room are both small but very nice looking even though I did not have the time to use them.

The only thing that I did not like was the location of the toilet paper holder. The reach was a bit far, especially for a person with short arms or for a child.

Always stay at Hampton Inn’s whenever possible !! Just wish they were not so expensive for a one night stay . We were traveling and needed a stay on the way down and back . Really did not even use any of the facilities because we were driving directly to our destination.

There was a nice selection of foods for breakfast and the location was very convenient. I was very appreciative that breakfast started at 6 as we had to leave early.

Our room was very comfortable, and the staff was awesome. The only thing that could have made the stay better was if it cost a little less. Just wishful thinking I guess.

Property was very clean and staff were friendly/helpful. Breakfast was good and it was nice to arrive to coffee and cookies. The location was fine for our purposes and pretty convenient, but it was just in an area full of parking lots and fast food chains.

Easy access, good breakfast, polite and pleasant staff, biker and pet friendly, and most importantly, clean.

The tub would fill a few inches while showering. Other than that, absolutely nothing wrong with this hotel that I experienced.

The only negative thing I would say is that the indoor pool water temp was a little cool and the floor surrounding the pool was really slippery when wet.

Rooms were clean and great! The staff was incredibly friendly and sweet. I really appreciated the girls in the evening who really were accommodating and friendly who gave suggestions on cab companies, food places, and just were great to talk to.

Good location, close to food and the highway. Plenty of parking in a well-lit lot. Excellent free breakfast hot breakfast. Clean rooms that smell good and are quiet.

The lady that helped with the food service ! She was exceptional! I was traveling with three little kids by myself for a track meet . I spilled something then I went to clean it up and she said “this is my job, you rest” that really touched me because I was already overwhelmed.
