Comfy beds, clean room, and bathroom, decent enough water pressure in the shower. Air con was nicely responsive to controls and inputs and didn't rattle like a V8 as many motels do. EV charging on site (but L2 only). Restaurant onsite is good value and nice enough with good service.

The breakfast was OK, but it could use a few elements to match usual fare at Holiday Inn. Missing the porridge pot, bannanas etc... too much plastic and sugar in your breakfasts but that's no different from other hotels, just a surprise to visiting Europeans.

We were put in a handicapped room, which was fine. We like the large shower. But the curtain stopped short of the floor by about four inches and the bathroom floor and bath mat were always soaked and a bit slippery after showering. We had to use towels to soak up the water.

The property was very nice and clean. The staff at check in was very friendly and helpful. First impressions a the hotel was very positive as was the rest of our stay. We did eat at the restaurant on the property and the food and service were very good. We ate outside on the meal and surroundings were very pleasing. When we visit the are again we wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. Thankyou for a very nice stay.

There wasn't much we didn't like about the property. the only issue we had was a bathroom door that wouldn't shut right. After we told the front desk about this someone showed up the next day before we checked out to take care of the problem.

My experience with IHG hotels has not been good lately, but this one is almost excellent, though I would not stay again because of what I didn't like.

Duvet. I can't sleep well with an inflexible thick duvet. It's too hot and without it it's too cold. There can be no in between. I think hotels use duvets to save washing various types of bedding, but this was not usable by me. I would not stay at this otherwise very good hotel again for that reason. The restaurant in the hotel is okay, but overpriced and there are no other restaurants within walking distance.

The room and location was fine. The second morning there was no breakfast provided which was disappointing. Over all the years being gold members we have never not been provided breakfast. A private event was prioritized over hotel customers. Also we forgot to tell the clerk when we checked in that we are gold members and there was no one available when we checked out so probably didn’t get our points.

Front staff were extremely friendly! The bed was extremely comfortable, and they were able to accommodate me when I asked not to have my room facinh the highway. The hotel is the perfect location and is easy to get everywhere we want to go!

Little issue with the thermostat getting room warmer. The sound of the toilet flushing was extremely loud. These weren't really big issues

Friendly staff, very clean and spacious room, good WiFi, good location just off the freeway, far enough to be quiet. The bathroom has nice Dove brand toiletries. The on site restaurant was great for dinner and a basic but decent breakfast buffet is available.

The pillows were too soft for me, a minor issue.

My husband and I really enjoyed out stay. Hotel was clean, staff was friendly, great check-in/check-out times, super comfy beds, recently updated, breakfast was great, and super quiet.

Would have loved a pool, but everything else was great.

The greeting of the staff upon arrival. Gale found my rewards account number upon my inquiry. The decor for Valentine's was well received. Love the motto "Be the reason for making someone smile". The reception hostess was vibrant and full of energy. Very welcoming.

The room size, bed comfort, linens, cleanliness, etc. were all very good.

Breakfast was ok but not kept up, long wait for eggs/sausage/potatoes and fruit refills. Also, disappointed that the lovely bar closed at 9pm on a Friday night!
