Good food, good drinks, good personality of staff And clean.

There wasn't an exhaust fan in the bathroom. The our ceiling in the bathroom is needed for repairing it may be because of no exhaust fan or maybe from the floor above. The sanitary devices outside of the elevators on floor level 1 and 2 was empty The mattress wasn't our favorite sleep but the room temperature was wonderful

The beds in the room were very comfortable. The pillows were very comfortable, as well. The shower was very satisfactory. And I appreciated that it had a refrigerator.

The only thing I was not pleased with was two of the USB ports under the lamps near the beds did not work. When I went to put my USB port in, it did not snag. It was very loose.

Very clean and comfortable. The free breakfast was better than most and had lots of options. The staff handling the breakfast was constantly monitoring and restocking any low quantities of the food. Check in and check out process was extremely quick and easy

Didn’t like that the pool was closed but it was mid December in Cleveland and it was frozen . (That was a joke btw)

Good air conditioning unit with controls to set it to meet our preferences. The staff was friendly & helpful. The room was quiet. Location convenient to the freeway.

The breakfast food could have been a bit better, bacon was a little under-cooked for our liking and ran low on the potatoes. The bathroom needs some more towel racks and clothes hooks.

Very friendly staff. Breakfast was basic buffet but staff kept food containers filled and were keeping area clean

Not enough parking. I came in at 7pm and had to park on opposite side of building, which annoyed me as I had chosen a room by the other entrance to avoid having to carry luggage far.

The location was very convenient for our visit. We have stayed at this property in the past and have never been disappointed--we weren't this time either. The ability to open the window in the room was a nice touch. I enjoyed the variety in the breakfasts.

The only glitch in our stay concerned to key cards. We had to have each if the two cards reprogrammed once, but after that they both worked well. The front desk staff handled the task with good cheer.

Comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was eggs, sausage and biscuits as well as cereal. I like the tea and coffee being available at any time in the lobby. Bed was comfortable.

Previous guests must unplug bedside lamps and the alarm clock so they can plug in other items. To plug them back in requires gymnastics as you lie on the ground and reach up under the bedside table to plug in the lamps again. This has happened twice to me as I stay here frequently. A minor inconvenient and not the fault of the hotel.

If I had to say something I didn’t like it would be the lack of ventilation in the bathroom when showering, but I find every hotel is like this.

Everything. Top-notch Hampton. My go-to place to stay in the Cleveland area. Clean, comfortable, and quiet. But, even better, the people here are simply the BEST.

There wasn't a single thing that I didn't like.

The night manager was wonderful. The rooms were very nice.

The day manager was really rude. I booked 3 rooms as part of a wedding party. Tried to get an early check in after 1pm. She was very rude to me. I work in retail & I never treated people the way she treated me.
