We had the 2-bedroom king suite, and it was a great space. My husband and I had our own bathroom off the master king bedroom. Our three boys had their own bathroom. Two boys slept in the other bedroom in a queen bed and one slept on the pullout couch. Having a full kitchen and table and chairs was a bonus also. We would definitely stay here again.

Really things were very good, we just ran into a few small things- the AC wasn't working very well, it was 72 in the room; we turned it down to 66 and it didn't cool off for several hours. The pull-out couch didn't have a mattress pad but there were extra sheets and blankets. Breakfast seemed very early so we did not get to eat breakfast. We also arrived very late at nigth and let the kids sleep in a little.

I loved the room, the bed was very comfortable and the full kitchen was very convenient. It was like being home away from home

I didn't like the shower setup. There was only one bathroom for 3 people, and the shower was contained with only one pane of see-through glass. The glass should have at least been frosted to offer some privacy in case someone else had to use the facilities, also only one pane, so the water sprayed all over the bathroom through the opening since it couldn't be closed all the way. I was also not happy that the spa/hot tub was closed all weekend. Also, the elevator stopped working in the early morning on Saturday during the breakfast rush. It took them half the day to fix it, but many people weren't happy.

Breakfast was decent. B'fast sandwich was a little weak in quality. Muffins, OJ, Coffee were all good.

Room carpet seemed less than clean. Appeared to have some sort of black substance on it which followed us around to the hard floor, both in the bathroom and kitchen, a little.

The front desk lady put us in a room (#337) right above the noisy air condition equipments for the building, we did not sleep well at all! There were plenty of other rooms since the hotel was pretty much empty, we do not understand why she this to an old-age couple! Was it intentional? We need explanations.

Room size Our first room was too hot, a/c was out. They quickly gave us another room that was identical to first one Their breakfast was great and staff were excellent

Didn't get clean towels

Great clean room, very spacious. The breakfast worker was clearly working very hard and was very helpful.

The pool was gross. Clearly had slime growing on its bottom and debris floating around in the water. As hard as the breakfast worker tried she just couldn’t keep up and she never had any help. breakfast seating was extremely limited. The only waffle maker always had a line.

There was a good variety. I particularly appreciated the scrambled eggs, as well as the yogurts and fresh fruit.

Nothing comes to mind

Clean room, comfortable bed, friendly staff. Lots of places for my dog to go to the bathroom and the hotel even provided poop bags and receptacles for the bags. Great location for me as it was a stopover visit. Right off the freeway, but quiet-didn't hear the traffic at all.

No bottled water provided. Had to pay for it.

Love that it’s right next door to the hospital.
