First of all, the location was very convenient and easy to find. The surrounding area was pleasant and I felt safe being there. Sometimes that can be a big issue when staying at a budget class hotel. Check in was efficient, the desk clerk was friendly and able to give advice on a concert venue that I was going to that night. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and the furnishings were in good condition. I stayed at 4 different hotels in this price point on my trip and this one was by far the best!

Nice clean room with everything needed.

There was no one at the front desk when I arrived. I called and waited about 5 minutes then called. I could see and hear the phone on the other side of the counter but no one came or answered. I went back out to my car and then saw someone come to the desk. I mentioned it to him and did not get a reply.

Room was clean and comfortable. Deask chairs served nicely for watching TV - fortunately I was alone or someone would have had to sit on the bed, which is uncomfortable (bad for the back.)

A listing of TV stations would have been helpful. The internet connection was bad. Ads, ads, ads. made it difficult to read docs. Peeling paint.

Comfortable stay. Room was very clean. Staff were friendly. No extra charge for pets. Plenty of parking.

Stairs going up to second floor rooms were old and very worn. However as it is a motel, weather plays an impact and can be unavoidable, but appears to be time to start addressing the issue. Security latch on door was broken off so additional lock beyond deadbolt to keep someone with a key (housekeeping) entering the room without permission was not possible if an attempt were to be made.

room 208. Clean room, large size, comfortable beds and quality linen, bedcovers, etc. Hot water system is very good - get hot water as you turn it on. No water waste. Same with the shower. Coffee machine in check-in area is good - gives hot coffee and choice of decaffeinated coffee.

Perhaps in-room coffee maker.

The room was the biggest hotel room I stayed at on my trip so far, very spacious, and the beds were super comfy. The area felt very safe with 2 gas stations right by us too and the shower got very hot. Everything was up to my standards especially for a cheap hotel.

Only thing that could’ve been better is a fridge in the room

The location is perfect. Just off the interstate 90 and very close to Crocker park mall. Very neat and clean. Excellent value for the Cleveland area. Mindy, at the front desk is very courteous. We liked it so much we came back in a couple of days and she greeted us and remembered my name.

Flat pillow. On Booking.com app the property was listed at 7 miles from airport, a little farther than we wanted, but a super great price. So we took it. Upon arrival, we realized the distance to the airport was twice that. We were looking for something a lot closer and didn’t think to double-check the listing facts.

The staff were really courteous and friendly, which was very nice after an 18 hour drive. All rules were explained and I was in my room within minutes. The cleaning staff are just tremendous, truly wonderful and kind and attentive people.

Good value for money , nice location and comfortable stay. Beds were comfortable and peace for a restful sleep.

AC could have worked a bit better, also would be nicer to have the wash basin in the toilet and not outside.
