I loved how big and beautiful the room was, there was a couch and a table and the beds were amazing, clean and comfortable! I loved that there was a kureg in the room and a refrigerator. I had 3 t.v's in my room so I could sit and eat at the table and watch t.v ot sit on the couch and watch t.v or sit in bed and watch t.v so that was pretty cool! The hot tub was amazing! And breakfast was available in the morning.

We arrived at 4:40 and check-in begins at 4. Well, we were sitting in the lobby for about 50 minutes waiting for our room to be cleaned and available. It completely messed up my plans. Apparently, multiple staff called off. There were kids running constantly above me. I went to the hotel to get a break from my own kids and have a nice night with my husband and I was up all night listening to stomping and running around it got quiet about midnight and they were back up at 6 A.M running around again so I got barely any sleep! I did call the office, and they said they would take care of it, but that didn't happen. There were also no towels available at the pool either. (The last time I went there, they had a ton of towels available)

The lady behind the counter was very accommodating. Helping us with short notice for a ground floor room for our special needs son. She also had leftover Easter eggs with toys in them for my son, which made his night because we were only there for one night, not bringing in everything from the car. The handicap parking is one of the best I've ever seen at a hotel with great spacing, no curb (my kid has a hard time with steps when he's not in his chair). The breakfast selection is one of the best I've seen in the nation with a great selection and well stocked. There is little to no noise from the hallway, and we were next to the elevators on the first floor, so that should say something.

I can't think of anything that was a dislike. The only thing I would suggest for the location is to get one or two more luggage carts.

The size of the room and the high ceiling was unexpected but very nice. The shower was good with good water pressure and the mirror never fogged up even with the steam in the room. The breakfast options were standard but all good. I liked the phone call from the front desk after I got settled asking if there was anything I needed and if the room was to my liking. Everything felt clean and very well maintained. I didn't use the pool or exercise room but they were both good sized. The variety of restaurants nearby was nice as well.

There were pieces of tape stuck on the wall in four spots. It was odd that they hadn't been noticed by the staff and were still there. If was the only thing negative about the room.

The complimentary breakfast is great and the hotel is in a neighborhood of tranquility and cleanness. The indoor pool looks a great place for fun.

I was overcharged by $202.10 which was not noted till I reviewed my credit card statement in Jan. I tried to contact the hotel and found no access. The hotel's system, both telephone and chat, just recognize confirmation no. from the hotel, not from booking.com.

The staff was super friendly. Everything was clean. The pool and hot tub were nice highlights to our days. The location was peaceful. The breakfast was good with a different variety every morning and plenty of coffee to get me going 😊 Definitely a great value! The price was also low for what I would expect for a hotel this nice.

I have no complaints about our stay.

I loved everything this hotel had to offer. Very clean , smelled new and clean, all the staff gave us a great welcome daily, location was perfect, enjoyed the hot tub big pool and fitness center allowing me to not miss a beat.

Lol, the only complaint I gave was at breakfast with my kids I didn't enjoy the eggs, perfection would've just been to good to be true. The chef was on point and very polite.

Kidie pool water was freezing but big pool temperature was perfect King size mattress was a little uncomfortable but not terrible Pool area could use a little more sound proofing very loud area

The staff was friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the offerings and quality of the included breakfast. The entire facility, including my room, was very clean and everything worked as expected. The room was quiet, no noisy elevator or ice machine sounds. The complimentary WiFi was fast and didn't drop.

Clean, modern, safe and natural location, easy access to the interstate but not close enough to hear traffic. Remarkably comfortable bed with very soft linens. Friendly, conscientious staff who really reflected sincere interest in the quality of our stay. Great free breakfast that was better than many I have paid for in similar hotels.

Can’t think of anything that I would change.
