BOOLKING .COM MADE THE RESERVATION. THEN I TRIED TO CANCEL BUT IT WAS NONREUNDABLE. THEN THEY SPOKE TO HAMPTON INN AND THEY SAID THEY WOULD THINK AVBOUT IT THEN BOOKING TOLD ME NO SO WE CHANGED PLANS AND WENT . HAMPTON INN SAID RESERVATION WAS CANCELLED AND THE HOTEL WAS FULL. THE CLERK WAS VERY NICE AND MOVED THING TO ACCOMMADATE ME BUT I HAD TO PAY AGAIN. THEY SAID PAYMENT WAS RETURNED TO BOOKING. I AM STILL WAITING FOR REFUND.

The staff were lovely. The room was very clean, with a great view of the lake.

There were a few minor issues with room 523... the bath stopper didn't work, so I couldn't take a bath, the coat hanger on the bathroom door was falling off, the microwave was not plugged in. Otherwise, all was fine.

The breakfast was very nice. We always love Hampton Inn breakfasts - especially the oatmeal. The location was so pretty. Surrounded by trees the autumn colors were outstanding. Plus it was very quiet, despite being very close to shopping and lots of restaurants.

The desk chair in our room was loaded with someone else's hair. Ick! Please be sure to have staff vacuum those chairs after each visit! Otherwise the room was very clean and the Inn was very quiet. The dining area was VERY cold - so near the always opening front entrance combined with a strong draft from the ventilation unit. One more thing - get larger top sheets! No Hampton Inn has top sheets that really hang over the side of the bed enough. Tough with two people sharing the bed!

The staff was very kind. I left something important behind, and they called to let me know and had it waiting when I returned. They even remembered who I was, though we only stayed one night. That human touch is priceless

Fantastic location just off the Interstate, but in a quiet area very close to a major shopping center with many good restaurants. We frequently travel along Interstate 90 to visit family and will always make this hotel our stopover. Room was clean, spacious and well-equipped. The lobby was being renovated, so check in was at a side door and desk clerk was very nice and efficient. Had a good sleep, great dinner and good breakfast nearby.

Tina on staff was huge in helping me with my reservation when the inclement weather prevented our stay. Thank you so much for going above and beyond to help us out in a very disappointing situation.

The breakfast was great and the shower head in the bathroom was nice and relaxing. Very convenient location as well.

Updated and newly renovated stylish clean rooms, I loved the cleanliness of the hotel in general. Locatiom is. good, Westlake is beautiful.

Small lobby, that's may be the common problem of city hotels in the US!
