First and foremost it was very clean! We’re particular about that. The bathroom couldn’t have been any cleaner. It was scrubbed and shiny. The bed was so comfortable and excellent for my back issues which I suffer from. I always check the beds, no matter where we stay, with a lint roller and it passed with flying colors. This is an older hotel that they are presently working on so we didn’t know what to expect. We were pleasantly surprised. The front desk manager and employees were so friendly and very eager to please. We couldn’t have been happier with our stay.

I can’t think of any issues with the property or staff. Anyone who has an issue must want a free stay. I know the staff would be eager to take care of any issues that might arise.

The staff is EXCELLENT!! The best we've encountered so far and we tend to book a lot of hotel stays at different places!! Cleanliness was good. And the pancake maker was delightful and now I want to purchase one. Haha. Oh and the double bed suite had two full bathrooms which was SUPER convenient. Especially when traveling with children.

The only thing that needed attending to, was the carpets in the hallways and the dust on top of the vending machines. They are very visible when you're going up the stairs to your room and it isn't too pleasant. The telephone in the room needed cleaning. The buttons were sticky. Very minor things. Still a decent place.

Our room was comfortable and clean. It was a great location for where we needed to be in the area. The motel is still completing renovations, including plumbing, so there was a leak that needed repair. The entire bathroom was new. Personnel were great!

The construction left some areas dirty, such as the stairs. Also, the shower curtain needed replaced. Although the breakfast area was open at all times, it was minimal.

This is a very quiet location. The staff was great and super friendly, there’s a family diner right next door with good food and prices. I plan on making this my hotel of choice when I travel up north.

The only thing I personally disliked is no smoking rooms but this is the state of Ohio and most hotels are no. Smoking but they do have a patio where u can go smoke so don’t hold that against them

Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly. Good internet and TV. I accidentally forgot a small item of great value in the room after checking out, and the staff was kind and honest enough to return it to me after finding it.

Minor issue with the plumbing where the sink water was yellowish for the first couple seconds. The water was fine after that.

It was nice. Not spectacular, but it was priced like that. Good clean room, quiet, and a comfortable bed. Again, not spectacular, but it was worth the price. If I need to stay at a hotel in the area again, I’ll stay there again.

We did not eat breakfast there, but the offerings were pancakes, yogurt, cereal, bagels, muffins, and toast.

Basic room is very small. Things are a bit dated, but it is under new ownership, and they are planning to make changes.

The bed sheets are very white and the room is clean. The night shift staff is very friendly. The location is close to the highway and gas station, and there are restaurants nearby.

The carpet in the corridor outside the room is not clean.

The most friendly staff, they thanked us every day as we left, the rooms were very clean, the shower was the best ever, very safe location, one of the best stays ever.
