I liked the room that we stayed in. It was clean and modern looking. The shower was huge and beautiful! The young lady that greeted us and checked us in at the front desk was very friendly.

The room could have been a little cleaner. The carpet had some dirt on it, and the bathroom mirror was a little dirty. The WORST part of all was the VERY NOISY housekeeping staff in the morning!! I woke up around 10 am to hear VERY LOUD talking and laughing from the housekeeping staff!! This was a horrible ending to an otherwise very nice stay.

This area of Cleveland seems very depressed, and there are many empty strip malls and other signs of blight. However, if you need to stay in the area (we are parents of a kid at Oberlin), this is a *great* hotel among a number of hotels choices that are *really* grubby. Very clean, very safe, very new and modern. I've stayed at Courtyard Marriott hotels while traveling on business for years, and this one was the nicest I've experienced. Do stay here if you must be in this strange part of Ohio!

I like going to a hotel that I dont have to worry about what its going to be like. The rooms are always clean, beds are comfortable, staff is friendly. Always a good experience.

The water pressure is a little weak in the shower, I like water pressure when I get a shower. Thats the only complaint I have.

The pool was great - but it could have been a couple degrees warmer

If it had a continental breakfast it would have been perfect

Location was convenient to the hwy , but behind a deserted mall and next to another hotel which was vacant . It felt creepy.

Costumer service was great/ staff. Room was great and comfortable.

Everything was great. Room was spacious and clean.

I didn’t eat breakfast. The location was good.

The neighboring room was very noisy which made it has to sleep. The food prices at the bistro are a little pricey.

Was not able to split payment. Front desk was not very helpful with figuring that out.

Hotel could have been more modern and updated. Lighting, fixtures, and bathroom leave a bit to be desired.

Very nice accommodations. Quiet even though close to toll road. Front desk staff very nice and helpful.

The road to get to hotel was rough with very bad ruts in one spot especially. Bathroom floor could have been cleaner.
