The staff was very friendly and ready to help. They accommodated our online request for a 1st floor suite. There is a TV in the living room area as well as in tbe bedroom. Bathroom has dove products. Breakfast was nice and filling. Didn't get to use the pool but the area looked clean. We used to stay at another hotel but when service and cleanliness went down there....we now stay here for each trip.

The smell in the hallway OMG smells amazing I asked the cleaning person what's the name of the air freshener such a refreshing smell. staff was amazing breakfast was great too

The window shades are awful PLEASE replaced with blackout curtains 😕 I wanted to rest but I couldn't once the sun came up it was over for me no rest that's my only complaint

The rear parking lot being open to what might have been a hotel at one time seems to be a really sketchy place. All kinds of people just sitting around outside, property looked a mess. Possible for break in etc... Consider fencing in the back access to the other establishment.

How can you not love being here! The location is close to the highway, and restaurants, even with a full hotel the staff are helpful, friendly, and the hotel is so welcoming. You feel like the only people there!!

Very clean, spacious room and exceptionally friendly staff. Location right off the Ohio turnpike.

If I had to have a complaint it would be that the towel holder outside the shower was falling off…and if that’s it it’s minor!!

The hotel was really clean. The room was well thought out and beds were spacious and comfortable. The real thing that set it apart was how nice everyone was! The staff is super friendly and helpful.

Nothing to dislike.

I know weed is legal now but found it troubling that gentleman guest were outside smoking it while staring at young women going into the gym next door...creepy

The property was clean, quiet, good location, and friendly staff The breakfast buffet was good and even the fitness equipment worked, which I was very impressed

Super friendly front desk staff, breakfast delicious and they had very good coffee, clean and big rooms.

The staff we talked to were so friendly! Very accommodating, and treated us like we were guests in their home. It was absolutely lovely!
