We loved the personal attention from the front office..texted to let us know if there was anything just text..I asked for a pizza recommendation and it was delicious..shout out to Octavious and Debbie and all the staff..you are all amazing and so kind..oh and the pool temp was perfect..and the whole hotel smells so nice and clean..its really too bad about the mall being practically closed up..I won't let that hinder my stays though..thank you all so much for the wonderful hospitality.. what didn't I like should be the question..lol..I loved it.

The king room was spacious & the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was fine though crowded but it's a pain to have to get coffee or tea in the lobby area when you walk with a cane.

The property is fine. There were spills on the floor in the elevator area that were there for an hour or more - something someone who walks with a cane has to watch out for & thankfully I did. And the front desk staff could have been friendlier.

It was a good spot to stay between the Cleveland airport and Oberlin for our college tour. We were easily able to check in around 1:30 AM due to a late flight. Our shower was surprisingly great!

Rooms are a little older and could use some TLC. I felt the cost was a little high for this facility, but it felt safe overall.

The staff, location and breakfast were exceptional. The public areas (including elevator) were very clean. The breakfast staff kept everything well stocked and there was a great variety. The room was a good size. The beds were comfortable.

It isn't so much I didn't like it, but the one area I felt could use a bit more help to meet the normal standard I have found in other properties. The room was clean enough. We didn't find pikes of dirt or such. While I would not mark it a 7 it was not a 10.

Front desk staff was tremendous. They were simply the best! Solved problems answered questions provide wonderful directions.

Accommodations in America over charge for rooms. Why should anyone pay over a $100/night for a room. A traveler needs a bedsheets, shower, windows “That Open”, clean room, and toilet paper. Did not like Booking.com. They provided one price then charged another, gave wrong directions, and knew nothing about your property or it’s location!

Me and my wife was very pleased with our stay everything was so clean and comfortable the staff were so kind and friendly the hot breakfast was very good I'd highly recommend you to book this hotel thanks for everything we'll definitely be back!!❤️

The shower made a little noise for 2 minutes when we first turned it on but then it went away.

Rooms were spacious and clean. Breakfast was very good and offered a variety of well prepared foods. Staff were friendly and customer focused. Facilities were up to the highest standards.

Something needs to be done about the pavement leading to the motel. I don't know who owns that portion of the property, but it is in a state of neglect and disrepair. The potholes pose risk to vehicles passing in and out. This is a longstanding complaint which obviously has gone unanswered.

The staff was very accommodating. Very responsive and eager to help. My sister needed a handicap accessible bathroom and there is only one room available but it is a king size with only one bed. The staff found a shower bench which did help.

The hotel could use some more handicap accessible rooms especially with two beds. There were not enough bath towels available. There were 4 of us in the room and only enough towels and washcloths for 2 people. The front desk gave us two more. The next day, I asked the house keeper for towel service and he only had two towels, 2 washcloths and had to give me 2 hand towels to use as bath towels. Also, coming and going from the room in the morning the rooms that were being cleaned had piles of dirty linen outside the doors. A dirty linen cart would be nice so guests don't have to dodge dirty linen piles.

Breakfast was great, rooms clean lovely hotel. The pool though was a very big disappointment. They couldn't keep towels stocked and it was supposed to be a heated pool! That was the coolest heated pool I ever tried to swim.

I like the West Side of Cleveland for the location. It has easy access to the toll road. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

I would have like to stay a little longer to visit the Power Sports dealer across the street.
