The location was nice and quiet and felt safe to me. I liked that the hotel was only ten minutes away from where I needed to be the next morning. I thought for the price we paid for our room, was fair for the service we received and the quality of everything.

The heater in the room was extremely loud and woke us up in the middle of the night. The hotel could use some upgrades. Looks like the wallpaper in the hallways is in rough shape, but it wasn’t bad enough to make me not want to stay here again. However the loud heater waking me up in the middle of the night might be a reason to look for another place to stay the next time I need to stay in the area.

We loved the location, it was just opposite the train and bus station. The staff overall was friendly and helpful. The one cleaning staff we interacted with was very friendly and helpful. There was a lot of diversity in the staff, people from all over the world. The lady doing breakfast did a phenonmenal job- she kept the place clean and orderly, while being very friendly. Also for the most part pork products were kept separate from other foods, except on the last day, the eggs and pork sausauge was in the same receptacle.

The bathroom had some black spots, we stayed 4 nights and the cleaning staff never made the beds, even thought we were out and the beds were clear. There was no washroom/ toilet downstairs, so if you came down for breakfast you had to go back up to your room to use the toilet. There should be a bathroom for guests at least. Also, be forewarned that you will hear all the trains coming and going but you get used to it.

Guys at the reception were nice and helped us

We arrived a bit late at night from the airport and after doing our check in we went to the elevator and some strange guy (seemed drugged) would not press his floor number… we waited and he pressed a number, then we got out on our floor, but we knew he was no good… as we were entering our room he had come down through the emergency steps looking for us… (the guys in the reception were awesome at assisting us) but it’s important if at this time some other form of security could be applied … for instance only with ROOM CARD should elevators function… etc

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the check-in process was quick and easy, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, offering a great variety of options to start the day off right. Overall, I was really impressed with the quality of service and the attention to detail. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay!

This hotel was nice and the room was clean. Being just me and my wife we had plenty towels and toiletries,the bed had clean sheets the tv had lots of channels to choose. we found nothing wrong with the in hotel from the first day to the last , we spend three nigths there, the breakfast area was nice and clean with abundance of anything you need for a breakfast meal inclunding lots of fruits . The staff was very frìendly and very welcoming at all times. The only thing was the first nigth we found it very noisy from the airplanes to the highway near the property but then we realize the room had the window a litlle open ,once we close it the problem got solved plus we turn on the AC with made the place very confortable. We may return to Lakewood, Cleveland in a few years and if so will be back to La Quinta, where we feel very welcome. Thanks for hospitality.

Good location for accessing Cleveland attractions. Thankful for the elevator and good sized luggage carts to assist with move in, move out. Bed was very comfortable.

Location is also nestled between trains, planes and automobiles! (Train Station on one side, Interstate on ramp and road on the other, and on flight path of airport!) They can’t help that though and the rooms are still pretty soundproof. Also had a bit of a problem getting the charges on the correct credit card.

The STAFF! On day one, Jane, on the housekeeping team, ensured we had everything we needed for our room! I mean, she went above and beyond. The front desk staff also were great - never an issue when I had questions. I asked to edit my shuttle time (yes, there is a free airport shuttle! It's not 24/7, so call ahead to confirm the time with your flight), and the hotel was very accommodating. Everyone is helpful and professional! Breakfast was very good, and I liked the hours for breakfast (until 10 AM on weekends is great!). Breakfast options included juice, coffee, milk, food, a hot bar with scrambled eggs, a meat option, potatoes, a waffle maker, bagels/toast, cereal, hardboiled eggs, yogurt, and fresh fruit. There was plenty of parking. The facilities were clean. There was also a cozy gym - I did not visit long enough to utilize it. If you need to stay near the airport, this place is a solid option and comes at a budget-friendly price. One thing: pack your conditioner. The hotel uses Dove, a great product, but they currently only carry shampoo and soap.

We were here for a Guardians baseball game and the best thing was the RTA right outside the front door for a trip to and from the stadium. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. We also appreciated the location for restaurants and major highways.

The breakfast typical of a hotel breakfast. And no hot breakfast on Saturday. I do like 24-hour coffee. The toilet in our room backed up and there is no "public" bathroom near the breakfast area or lobby I think it should be some sort of requirement to have a bathroom for guests to use other than the one in the room.

Breakfast was not offered the entire week I was there. A little disappointed because breakfast is one of the things I look for when booking. I like to be able to get up grab breakfast and go. The only thing offered was toast or cereal. The excuse was weather but the weather was not a factor the entire time I was there.

The only other thing was that housekeeping never replaced the sheets or made the bed the entire time I was there. They did replace towels which I do appreciate. I did see the sign that said they would be in every other day but they were not. I emptied the trash every day and set it outside the room because they also did not do that.
