The stay was budget-friendly and the bed was comfortable. The room was clean, the air worked great, and I used the fridge and microwave often.

I was disappointed the room only had a shower instead of a tub. I also ran out of toilet paper, though I’m sure staff would have helped if I had asked. Housekeeping didn’t refresh towels or make the bed, which I think was part of water-saving efforts. I read this on a card on the counter when I walked in so I'm assuming it was because of that. I took a shower around noon and the water didn't get really warm until like 10 minutes in, I'm assuming because someone else was taking one near me?

Was very happy with accomodations. Staff was prifessional and friendly. The only thing i would like to see improved is the snack section. Didn't recognize the brand name of the chips and they were all spiced with one thing or another. Maybe some regular chips,pretzels. Could be just me but its me you asked. As I said very very happy with the accomodations and I thank you for the so much better price vs what Laquinta gave me when I called. Couldn't have done it without you guys.

Could use a few more picnic tables and or chairs to sit in out back. I know theres not a lot of room but if you're stuck in a motel room till the next day it would be nice to step out-this time of year- to relax.

Everything was good

The air conditioner on the 4th floor was set up a little weird, as the actual unit (underneath the window) had a constant icon on its screen and it did not respond when you tried to adjust the temperature. I quickly realized that I had to adjust the temperature through the actual thermostat on the wall. It ultimately worked and there were no issues, but this setup was different from the room I had on the 3rd floor, where the air conditioning unit itself was responsive and you can adjust the temperature by pressing buttons on the unit itself (you can set it to cool, fan, adjust the temperature, etc.). I found this lack of standardization in how to use the air conditioner in each room to be a little confusing, but it ultimately didn't matter because they both functioned and did their job.

The location was nice and quiet and felt safe to me. I liked that the hotel was only ten minutes away from where I needed to be the next morning. I thought for the price we paid for our room, was fair for the service we received and the quality of everything.

The heater in the room was extremely loud and woke us up in the middle of the night. The hotel could use some upgrades. Looks like the wallpaper in the hallways is in rough shape, but it wasn’t bad enough to make me not want to stay here again. However the loud heater waking me up in the middle of the night might be a reason to look for another place to stay the next time I need to stay in the area.

Guys at the reception were nice and helped us

We arrived a bit late at night from the airport and after doing our check in we went to the elevator and some strange guy (seemed drugged) would not press his floor number… we waited and he pressed a number, then we got out on our floor, but we knew he was no good… as we were entering our room he had come down through the emergency steps looking for us… (the guys in the reception were awesome at assisting us) but it’s important if at this time some other form of security could be applied … for instance only with ROOM CARD should elevators function… etc

We loved the location, it was just opposite the train and bus station. The staff overall was friendly and helpful. The one cleaning staff we interacted with was very friendly and helpful. There was a lot of diversity in the staff, people from all over the world. The lady doing breakfast did a phenonmenal job- she kept the place clean and orderly, while being very friendly. Also for the most part pork products were kept separate from other foods, except on the last day, the eggs and pork sausauge was in the same receptacle.

The bathroom had some black spots, we stayed 4 nights and the cleaning staff never made the beds, even thought we were out and the beds were clear. There was no washroom/ toilet downstairs, so if you came down for breakfast you had to go back up to your room to use the toilet. There should be a bathroom for guests at least. Also, be forewarned that you will hear all the trains coming and going but you get used to it.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the check-in process was quick and easy, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, offering a great variety of options to start the day off right. Overall, I was really impressed with the quality of service and the attention to detail. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay!

Location was set off from main road which I appreciated. Fairly standard room decor - clean & serviceable. Staff was very friendly.

Nothing really disliked about the property, just a half-notch below the other LaQuinta where I stayed on same drive. Door took effort to close and security latch would not work. Breakfast eggs tasted like reconstituted powder. The walls & floors must be thin because I could hear noises from other guests all AroundMe, which triggered dog barking.

On the plus side, the staff was excellent.

Room did not have grab bars or a walk in shower so it was not safe. I used wipes I brought with me to stay clean as getting in and out of the tub was unsafe. Food was awful. Most mornings the hot food was cold and disgusting. The mattress was like sleeping on a rock and very high so that getting in and out was difficult.
