I definitely appreciate the breakfast and the dinner that comes with the reservation of a room.

When I made my reservations I definitely asked for a lower floor when I got there the receptionist said that I requested to be on a higher floor I did not she would not change us and said she could not change us because we didn't make our reservations with the hotel staff ,then there was a couple that I met on the elevator that had the same issue with the floor that their room was on but the young lady at the desk did change them to a lower floor so staff have to be careful what they say and do because people do talk, so I was offended that I was treated differently. I'm not sure why there was favoritism shown to the couple, but I really did not appreciate that.

We only had breakfast there on our last day there but it was excellent. We were one of the first ones there so the food was hot and plentiful. Also a nice variety of.

We travel in the winter mostly for hockey and our last game is always late morning but we have to be there an hour and a half early so we have to check out early and drive back without getting even a quick shower in after the game. I would love the option for a later check out even with an additional fee would be fine not just the price of an extra day.

Loved the dinner get together. Was pleasantly surprised. Didn't expect an entire meal. Plus drinks. Enjoyed the free soft drinks until later in the evening. Expected to purchase canned colas.

I can't think of anything. It was perfect. Calling the desk was fast, The hotel was completely full and the elevator was up for the task of the crowd. Maybe add another two waffle makers at another close area for the breakfast crowd. Even if only for when they were totally full. They had lined up the entire breakfast time, or I would have had one myself.

This hotel is clean, well-kept, peaceful, well located, and a great value! The staff was also very kind and gracious. It was really helpful to have a very simple but perfectly satisfying breakfast and dinner provided as part of the price.

There was a single broken tile in a corner of the bathroom. It looked like a repair had been attempted but needed a little more work to be truly complete. Nevertheless, it was a very minor / purely cosmetic thing -- not a federal case.

We had a large group with many children. The breakfast met our needs. Even better was the dinner provided. While not gourmet, it was adequate and saved us time and expense. The kids loved the pool and popcorn. The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. The manager went out of his way to accomodate our large group.

I now bring my own nightlight for the bathroom but wish hotels would provide them. I also found the air conditioning drafty - but that is true of any hotel I've stayed at.

Stayed at this hotel and had a great experience! It’s in a safe, clean, and quiet area, which made the stay very comfortable. There’s a Whole Foods nearby and several restaurants to choose from, so finding food was super convenient. The breakfast in the morning was good too. Would definitely recommend!

Sometimes we had to wait a long time for an elevator.

Everyone was so friendly . Needed extra towels, pillows, bedding , lotion was given without a problem. Arrived early and let us swim while waiting for our room . Happy Hour food was wonderful !... WOW!... gave us complimentary drink from the bar... even though we did not use the coupon... was a nice thought... nice full breakfast with many options... several people worked food area and all were nice, friendly and seemed to love their job (as well as the other employees that we came in contact with ). The pool was nice, just the right temperature, hot tub was sooo relaxing , the pool area clean and always plenty of towels . We looked out the window on the 7th floor by the elevator and seen two deer and a blue heron and couple wild turkeys so we checked every time ! You are doing a wonderful job ... KEEP IT UP !

The Guest Service Agent named Shai was FABULOUS! So kind, helpful, and competent, She went out of her way to be of assistance with whatever need we had! I cannot remember a better Guest Service Agent in all the years we have traveled Hang on to this young lady Drury, She is a KEEPER!!

everything was very good and excellent

Room was lovely and comfortable. Great hot breakfast included in the morning. We didn't use the pool, but it was open and available even in early fall. Good feature! Beautiful view of fall foliage from our floor.

It was really expensive. Much more for just one night that it should have cost. Needed more blankets in the room. Staff should have said something about the keycard enabled power system in the room. It was completely dark when we entered the room for the first time, and that felt unsafe.

I love the way that it was kid friendly they had a nice happy hour from 5:30 to 7:00 the bartender was great the night this person was wonderful she got me all the way together and the bartender she definitely was excellent I have to give all my credit to them too because they help me the whole entire night I was there

I didn't like that they did not have a open bar for us to purchase drinks or they did not have a restaurant inside the hotel will be more greater if they had a open bar in the restaurant inside so you won't have to leave out for anything
