The hospitaities that they extend to their guess. You actually get great service and tidy up the room. We brought our electric heating weighted heavy blanket. They made the bed up and refined our heavy blanket on our bed. That was priceless and much appreciated! The general manager, Charles, was very helpful. I truly appreciate his great customer service as I witnessed him handling many tasks. He was always friendly with every guess. He informed me of the deposit and all the guess offerings. The staff her housekeeping was friendly in passing and the staff in the cafeteria. I really appreciated.

The only thing I did not like was a few guess let their children break all the pool rules. Letting be extremely loud negatively impacted my 2nd day hot tub experience. I left out due to the children being wild while the parents watched and found nothing wrong with it. Outside of this. We have had a great time.

I've stayed here before, and had made it my preferred destination in Cleveland. However, this last visit left me wanting. The soda fountain, a nice perk, is closed at 9:30pm? Hmm. There was also quite a bit of trash in the hallway near the elevator on the floor where my room was located. While it was gone the next day, no one seemed to be in a hurry to remove it when I reported it. Last, the rates have risen to excessive levels, so stayed one night and found another hotel. I'll try Drury again but I am a bit dissapointed.

I definitely appreciate the breakfast and the dinner that comes with the reservation of a room.

When I made my reservations I definitely asked for a lower floor when I got there the receptionist said that I requested to be on a higher floor I did not she would not change us and said she could not change us because we didn't make our reservations with the hotel staff ,then there was a couple that I met on the elevator that had the same issue with the floor that their room was on but the young lady at the desk did change them to a lower floor so staff have to be careful what they say and do because people do talk, so I was offended that I was treated differently. I'm not sure why there was favoritism shown to the couple, but I really did not appreciate that.

We only had breakfast there on our last day there but it was excellent. We were one of the first ones there so the food was hot and plentiful. Also a nice variety of.

We travel in the winter mostly for hockey and our last game is always late morning but we have to be there an hour and a half early so we have to check out early and drive back without getting even a quick shower in after the game. I would love the option for a later check out even with an additional fee would be fine not just the price of an extra day.

Loved the dinner get together. Was pleasantly surprised. Didn't expect an entire meal. Plus drinks. Enjoyed the free soft drinks until later in the evening. Expected to purchase canned colas.

I can't think of anything. It was perfect. Calling the desk was fast, The hotel was completely full and the elevator was up for the task of the crowd. Maybe add another two waffle makers at another close area for the breakfast crowd. Even if only for when they were totally full. They had lined up the entire breakfast time, or I would have had one myself.

This hotel is clean, well-kept, peaceful, well located, and a great value! The staff was also very kind and gracious. It was really helpful to have a very simple but perfectly satisfying breakfast and dinner provided as part of the price.

There was a single broken tile in a corner of the bathroom. It looked like a repair had been attempted but needed a little more work to be truly complete. Nevertheless, it was a very minor / purely cosmetic thing -- not a federal case.

The staff was so nice and really, really helpful

Breakfast had very few choices if you don't eat meat. I did not find any bananas or oranges and there was only one flavor of yogurt. It was fine, but a piece of fruit would have been nice. I would have liked to get in the pool or hot tub after work, but the chlorine smell was so heavy it stung my eyes and I didn't stay down there.

We had a large group with many children. The breakfast met our needs. Even better was the dinner provided. While not gourmet, it was adequate and saved us time and expense. The kids loved the pool and popcorn. The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. The manager went out of his way to accomodate our large group.

I now bring my own nightlight for the bathroom but wish hotels would provide them. I also found the air conditioning drafty - but that is true of any hotel I've stayed at.

You could smell the cleanliness as soon as you walked in, staff was very friendly and accommodating!

The first night that we were there, there were four charter buses full of children. We were assured that they would be sealed into their rooms by I think nine or 10:00 PM. They are running a muck in the hallways until 1 o’clock in the morning, however the hotel staff did make it right!

The free breakfast was wonderful even though they only provided pork options for the meat. The staff was amazing and very accommodating

Have more options for meat choices when doing the kickback as well as the free breakfast. People care about eating healthier even if it is free. They had to shut the water off for construction next door that was unacceptable as well.
