We chose this for its location and proximity to Cuyahoga Valley National Park. It was perfect location in terms of that as it was 10min from the visitor center. We chose it also for its accommodation for our dog. The free breakfast was nothing to write home about but it was hot and free so there isn’t much to complain about. The room was perfect for 1 couple, a friend and a dog. Parking was easy and never had any issues finding parking. The bed was comfortable and clean. The room had a microwave and fridge

Our first room they gave us was dirty with the tv on, empty wine bottle and a pair of dirty shoes. Luckily we got a new room immediately.

Room design was nice - sink was separate from shower/toilet. Large vanity area was appreciated. TV worked well. Clean.

Clean upon arrival until the door opened to the 4th floor. A fishy smell and very dirty carpeting. Fortunately our room did not have that smell. Breakfast was lame. I didn't have more than coffee. Could've had a better yogurt selection, hot oatmeal (not instant), the coffee station didn't have a garbage nearby so everyone's garbage was stashed on the corner of the table.

Everything was great, just be prepared the breakfast was all cold even the hot foods which you will have to warm up. My son enjoyed the pool, the internet was kind of a give or take but the more people using it the more slow it got or just could not get on so I used my hot spot. Overall I will give a 9.5 (Beds were so comflortable and staff was awesome)!

The slowness of the wifi, sould not do my studies unless I used my hotspot from my phone. No hot breakfast so be prepared.

Pleasant accommodation. There is coffee in the lobby 24 hours a day. The room is clean and comfortable. Nice bed. The bathroom is intact and clean. Breakfast: boiled eggs, omelet, muffin, waffles, dry porridge, yogurt, pastries, apples, and tangerines.

Not a lot of toiletries for guests: 1 jar per room, 20 ml in size for shampoo, conditioner, lotion. No shower gel. There is no medium-sized hand towel, only a large body towel and a very small towel (possibly for the face). The coffee was not very good. There were no sausages at breakfast.

The gentleman who checked us in was super friendly and helpful. He had a great personality. We loved everything about our stay. The breakfast was great. I was amazed to see biscuits and gravy. For a girl raised in the South you made my day! Our room was super quiet and the bed was so comfy.

The only things that need a bit of tweaking are the temperature in the elevator, which was quite warm and could definitely use a cooling system; the smell in the stairwell, it was a bit offensive; the tub was a bit slippery when we took showers so we put the floor mat in the tub to give us more stability. Otherwise, we had no issues.

The location was perfect. The room was spacious and well appointed. The pool was the highlight of our stay. The staff were topnotch, especially the man we checked in with named Rodney. He was courteous, professional, and very knowledgeable. The veteran parking spot is greatly appreciated. We're very grateful for the recognition. Overall, it was a wonderful stay.

The only thing lacking was the breakfast. The food had run out, and there was not much variety. Everything else was wonderful!

Staff was great, bathroom and room could have been cleaner but value for the hotel was great. I enjoyed my stay so much, I booked again. Great location, close to plenty of fast food or sit down restaurants, gas stations, and safe neighbor.

Only thing that needs improving is the cleaning (but I understand everyone’s cleaning standards are different). For example, I saw found a small candy wrapper on the opposite side of the bed). Otherwise everything else was great.

Clean in most public areas. Good breakfast with clean dining area and efficient help in breakfst room. Easily located and accessible from interstate. Pool area clean and well tended. Dining list was nice to have but many of those listed no longer in business. Parking lot bright and seemingly safe after dark.

No staff was able to explain where shopping (drugstore) was located. Same with dining options. Maybe a local map of drug stores, Walmart, a few dining options would be helpful.

The 1st night there a group of 20 guests destroyed the pool and hot tub with filth. Staff had to drain ,scrub and treat before guests could use it. It took 1 day. I was impressed how quickly it was cleaned. I don't understand why the disorderly guests weren't asked to leave. Children were in the hot tub, dangerous toys were flying....

Breakfast had sufficient hours and selection. Hallways smelled good, like mint or pine depending on the floor. The beds had clean sheets, and the bathrooms were mostly very clean. (The second floor gets more traffic than the 3rd, so it's a little more worn.) We felt comfortable enough in the area to stay there twice: once on the way to our destination, and once when returning!

Parking was a little tricky. Trailers took up many open spaces. (Could there be trailer parking in the back?)
