The location was great. Easy access to the national park. The breakfast was also good and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Parking was convenient. The hotel is close to shopping and eating as well.

It was loud. Or rather people in the building were loud. It wasn't the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed at. In the bathroom particularly it was dusty behind the door and the vanity was worn and grungy looking. Also, I'm vegan and there were not a ton of breakfast options for me.

The property was absolutely beautiful with a ton of beautiful flowers. The property was clean, and well maintained. There was one staff member that stood out but I can’t remember her name. She was at the front desk and did the breakfast on the weekend. She accommodated me and my family very well and I’ll return for that reason alone.

There was an woman attendant at the front desk that was very unprofessional, hollering and cursing talking about a staff member. The lady that did the breakfast during the week was not nice. I also didn’t like that that for the amount of time I was there I did not get room service. I did however get clean wash towels.

Check in/out was super easy. There were towels by the pool so you didn't have to take ones from your room. I liked having access to free breakfast at the hotel.

I thought 9:30 cut off time for breakfast was a little early. Having said that, you could tell the potatoes for breakfast had been sitting there for awhile. They were cold and hard.

Staff is very friendly. Rooms are clean. Breakfast is decent. Would be nice to have a vegetarian hot breakfast option. Location is close to where I needed to go. And it is conveniently located just off of I271 and Rt8.

I could only connect to the wifi signin page on the first floor. It didn't work on the second or third floor. Elevator is slow.

The whole place was very comfortable! We loved the cool bedroom and the comfortable bed. The pool was good.

Breakfast was satisfactory. The suite sitting space was very warm. The windows in the hall were open and it was 95 outside! The warm air poured in under the door

We didn't eat breakfast, just coffee. Location was very good. Near many restaurants, stores and close to the highway. Staff was very friendly, chocolate chip cookies offered at check-in! Room was clean and comfy. Could change heavy (weighted) comforter or provide lighter weight blanket.

It was central to everything that we needed (stores, state national park, etc). When we arrived we were greeted by friendly staff and also given cookies!

Our room was fairly hot when we arrived but turned on the a/c and it was fine after.

We had to arrive late, so location was convenient to the highway. Pretty, well-kept plants outside the front made it look welcoming. Breakfast was hot and fresh and plentiful. Staff was pleasant and helpful; they addressed the situation of a yappy little dog someone had sneaked in. Didn't hear it the rest of our stay.

The curtain rod doesn't go all the way across the window, so we couldn't close the heavy drapes. We had to use a big safety pin to close them enough to block out the huge pole light shining directly at us, so we could sleep.

We enjoyed the breakfast selections. The hotel is in a very convenient location to the highway, shops and other destinations of interest. The beds were very comfortable. The staff was very pleasant

The electrical outlets on one wall did not work. The ones near the bed on the opposite wall were very loose fitting and the CPAP/phone chargers kept falling out.

The breakfast was very good. The room was quiet and comfortable.The staff was very friendly and helpful! The location was fabulous for access to Cuyahoga National Park.

The soap was awful. I'm sorry the decor is changing from its comfortable feel.
