Excellent breakfast food. Zach the Mgr. did his best to accommodate my wife's limited mobility. He bought a mat for the tub to help her stand up more safely.

Bulb in bathroom burned out on a Fri. We were staying yet until Mon. Desk person told me no one could change it that night. The next day, I asked again. Was told Sat. they have no weekend maintenance help. Could do it on Mon. Was offered another room. We'd already had stayed there 4 nights, wasn't going to pack everything again to move. At 75+, I wasn't going to attempt to climb on a ladder to change it myself, so I didn't ask for one. Had no light room service all week. Couldn't get clean towels unless we took them down. Not sure was the problem was there.

We traveled to the Cuyahoga National Park, and stayed for one night in Staybridge Suites. I didn’t expect anything from that place, but it was sooo good. Much better than any other pricier place we stayed here in the USA. The rooms are just renovated and brand new with fresh furniture, walls, curtains. I liked bed linen so much, that in the morning I didn’t want to go out of my bed 😂 I wish all the hotels in the US will make renovations like Staybridge and IHG did. At least, I understand for what I’m paying my money getting that high level of the room. Thank you, guys !!! Wish you all the best. And will definitely recommend to friend stay there!

Liked everything, friendly pleasant staff, really nice spacious, comfortable room, bright and so very quiet. Great easy access to Blosson, Peninsula, Stan Hywet, Cleveland, even made it to Sanduskey and Lake Erie. Really appreciated laundry facility. Stayed 8 nights and was really happy here. Lovely stay.

The room & entire hotel was very clean with beautiful modern decor. Loved the vanity separate from the shower/toilet. Air conditioning worked excellent and the cooled the entire room.Bed was very comfortable. The pool was well kept and clean. Gym had excellent equipment and extremely clean. Location was fantastic with restaurants and shopping close by. Loved the well kept outdoor seating & grilling area . The breakfast was different every day ,well stocked, and of great quality with several choices .Happy hour Mon- wed was an excellent amenity with excellent finger foods & snacks ,beer and wine & fresh coffee and soda machine & met some wonderful people as well . The hotel was quiet, and the entire staff was friendly and accommodating. I would 100% return! Made our family's stay in Ohio for our sons graduation from Kent State very enjoyable.

There was no ice machine in the main lobby although i was told most rooms contained ice makers . Ours did not but the hotel staff was always available to get it for us.

Clean, comfortable beds, nice size rooms, close to family, quiet.

Breakfast was mediocre; although you could get soda to drink included in the breakfast, which was great. A bit pricey-I guess since we didn’t need the extra space for one over-night stay, the price seemed high: maybe not if you needed to use a kitchen and living room.

Very friendly, helpful staff, clean spacious rooms, the complimentary breakfast every morning was awesome, and even our small dog felt very welcome!

We received an upgrade because we were there early and our room wasn’t ready. They just gave us the bigger room. And the place was nice and clean. Room smelled a little musty. But it was off the main road so there was no traffic noise.

No complaints. Wish I had stayed longer to relax. Slept in so I missed the breakfast.

Location - very close to Blossom Music Center where we saw the Backstreet Boys concert. Can’t beat the price for 2 bd suites with 2 bathrooms, kitchen, free breakfast, free laundry. This hotel has 2 gas grills where we did BBQ. The staffs were friendly and attentive.

The breakfast was better than any continental breakfast I’d had. A variety of real food was offered, oatmeal and yogurt bars with toppings. Very good. The full fridge was awesome to have as well as the amenities of home. Will definitely look for a Staybridge for the next adventure

Staff was friendly and facilities/room were clean. Pet friendly and we were on the first floor which made it easy to get our little pup outside. Lots of restaurants nearby , the national park, and highway.

They need to switch from styrofoam to compostable or regular plates.
