Breakfast was delicious and had ample grain-free options. The beds were comfortable. The room was clean and tidy. The front desk was friendly and helpful. The air conditioning was nice and cold. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this hotel and would consider staying here again in the future.

The only negative experience was that there were adults drinking alcohol, vaping, and playing loud music on their phone in the pool room during swim hours. My kids (18 and 11) left the pool a bit early due to feeling uncomfortable. We didn't end up feeling it was a big enough deal to complain to the front desk about it. I think it's likely they would've done something about it, so this single negative experience would not prevent us from staying here again.

They were still doing remodeling. I rented 3 rooms and all of them were on different floors or far apart from each other. I hope next year that it will be different, the remodeling done & my request for 3 rooms together or at least on the same floor.

Free breakfast was nice. Eggs, sausage, bacon and hot dishes - not a "cheap-o" continental breakfast. Room was comfortable, clean, comfortable bed and pillows. Updated look.

There was some construction occurring inside the entrance but it didn't bother me. I was there over Memorial Day weekend so there was no activity or noise.

We had a renovated room. It was very clean and had good bathroom products. Breakfast had a diverse good range of options hot and cold. We used it while traveling and it was perfectly located just off the turnpike.

There was nothing we didn’t like. The elevator was a little small but that is a bit hard to change :)

The customer service agent who checked us in was so nice and helpful. All of the staff that we encountered were very kind. Breakfast was great! Except the pancake maker didn’t work very well. We would have enjoyed a waffle maker instead.

The front greeter was excellent!! The staff was very friendly..I knocked over my daughters hot chocolate Sunday morning and the kitchen staff promptly helped me clean up the mess. She was so very polite and accommodating. I didn't catch her name but she didn't complain once. But her 2 other workers were wispering and looking. There were 5 of us at the table so it was a little cramped.

The room was newly decorated and the beds were very comfortable. The bathroom and shower were all new fixtures and the shower was great, just what we want in the morning. By next year the lobby and downstairs will all be new. We’ll probably be back.

Our room was very clean -my biggest requirement. Very convenient for our stay purpose. Remodeling going on in reception but understood necessity. It never interfered.
